"Uh, it's a complicated story." Harry said as he made his way to sit on the stool in the kitchen.
"Ok mate, you can't just show up with your face half bruised up and in tears, just to say it's a complicated story." Louis sighed and joined harry in the kitchen.
"I don't want to talk about it louis." Harry sneers as he stirs away.
"What? Did someone in school beat you up?" Louis carelessly asked as he walks towards harry.
"No."
"A gang saw you on a street and decided to mess up your pretty face?"
"No."
"Well wha-"
"Have you ever gotten in trouble and your parents would ground you or whatever?" Harry sighed rubbing his face with his hands, hissing when he realizes that his face is still bruised up.
"Yes, plenty." Louis said raising an eyebrow and stood in front of harry.
"My parents do it differently."
"Harry..." Louis started realizing what actually happened.
"I just need you to be a friend right now. Please." Harry begged and louis immediately obliged.
"Come here." He summoned harry to step forward and harry immediately fell frail in his arms.
Louis felt as if he was painfully hit in the gut when harry started sobbing. Louis didn't know harry for long, and harry barely even knew louis but louis knew that such an amazing person like harry deserved so much better.
"Hey hey hey, harry, come on I'll make you a cuppa." Louis started to go but harry just groaned and nuzzled his head furthur down louis' neck.
"Later." Harry mumbled and pulled louis even closer if that was possible.
"They kicked me out louis."
"Stay with me." Louis breathed out.
"Really?"
"Always." Louis whispered, more for himself to hear.

It was 2 am and harry and louis were up playing cards against humanity, because louis wanted harry happy. Louis swore that without harrys' laugh this world would be fucking awful, so cards against humanity it was.
"What is this?!" Harry screeched out laughing.
"Oh my god, seriously?"
"What ended my last relationship?" Harry chuckled and watched louis.
"Hmm, panda sex!" Louis exclaimed.
"Sperm whale!" Harry laughed pulling his card out.
"Mine was better, admit it Styles." Louis smirked.
"It so wasn't but I'll give you this one since I won the last round." Harry smirked back.
"I think we should sleep harry." Louis suggested and yawned right after.
"Yeah we should."
