Leo's Pov
So at the moment, everyone is worried because Grover, the satyr, has been gone for over two weeks. He told everyone that he had to go find a lost demigod that should've been at camp already. He should've been back within a week. Percy and Annabeth are especially scared because they've known Grover since like forever ago.

Yesterday, and a couple days before that, I saw Percy and Annabeth trying to contact Grover in an Iris-message. Before, they only got about 10 minutes. Yesterday, they only got about 10 seconds. From what they heard, Grover was on his way, but they don't know when he will be back.

**Two Days Later**

I woke up early due to nightmares. I went to the pavilion for breakfast, and after that I did some training to get my mind off of things. I slashed my sword through the dummies, and I threw knives at the targets. After about an hour or two, I stopped and just went for a walk. All of the sudden, Percy and Annabeth sprinted past me. They weren't racing. I ran after them. That's when I saw Grover Underwood walk into camp with a girl. No younger than 14, no older than me, 16.

I walked over by them. She had blonde hair and green-blue eyes. I saw her shaking hands with Percy and Annabeth saying, "I'm Brooke Lambrix" Percy and Annabeth introduced themselves and asked if she's been claimed yet. "Yeah I have, a while ago, but I didn't know what it meant. I asked my mother and she wouldn't tell me. I had no sign of where to go. I wandered around for months, but never came across anything"

"That's why I was gone for so long," Grover added. "Uh, yeah, sorry about that.." Brooke apologized. I know I shouldn't be eavesdropping but eh, oh well. It's kinda fun. I leaned up against a nearby tree and started fiddling with some metal and twine. "Oh don't worry about it," Grover assured her. I glanced up once in a while to the little crowd of people, but they haven't noticed me yet.

"So who is your father?" Annabeth asked. Brooke smirked. She reached for her bag and pulled out a little box. Brooke handed it to Annabeth, and she opened the box. I stepped to the side so I could kinda see the inside of the box. "Did you put this together yourself?" Percy asked. "Yeah. I've been really good with healing since I was young. My mother is a doctor, so I learned some things from her. I mainly taught myself, though. I can control light, too. There's probably other little things I can do since I have other gods/goddesses in my blood," Brooke answered.

"So you're a daughter of Apollo," Percy guessed, even though it was obvious. "Yeah." Percy picked up something from inside the box. "This is so cool!" I think he only liked it because it was blue. I dropped my little creation made of twine and metal. You could hear it hit the ground. I cursed under my breath. I bent down to pick it up. "Oh hey Leo!" Annabeth waved.

I stood up and walked over to them. "Uh hi.." I half smiled. They believed it, but it was a fake smile. Brea just stared at me. I think she was glaring at me. Annabeth introduced us. "Leo, this is Brooke. She's a daughter of Apollo. Brooke, this is Leo. He's a son of Hephaestus." We shook hands, but she pulled away quickly. She frowned. She looked at me for a second then turned away to look at Annabeth. When I felt my hand, it was getting warm. I hid my hand behind my back.

"So Brooke, why don't Percy and I show you around the camp?" Annabeth asked. Brooke glanced at me then looked back at Percy and Annabeth. "Yeah, that'd be great." With that, they walked away.

I walked to my cabin and went to my work desk. I set my little creation out of metal and twine on my desk. I covered my face in my arms and cried. I eventually fell asleep.
