Silverwing's dream went something like this.

She was standing on a wide, open moor- the WindClan moor, she realized- and staring far into the distance. It didn't take long for her to realize that she was staring at Mothermouth, the cave which led to the Moonstone, in all its glory and power.

"You certainly took your sweet time." A voice said behind her.

The voice, Silverwing thought with a jolt as she turned around to see who was talking to her, her eyes wide with surprise. He was the one whispering about the lost Clans or whatever that's supposed to mean.

"Well done," the cat said. It was a tom with blue-gray fur and blue eyes that twinkled, like he knew a secret nobody else knew. "You know who I am."

"I...wait. Can you read my mind as well?"

The tom nodded. "Another telepath, just like me. I'm quite pleased."

Silverwing tilted her head. "Why are you pleased with me? You've never even met me."

"I have watched you from up there." The tom flicked his tail, pointing towards the sky. "Your every step, every achievement, every thing that you've ever done in your life- I have seen it all."

Silverwing gave him a skeptical look. "Am I supposed to feel proud or feel especially creeped out because you've apparently been stalking me my entire life?"

"Uh, no." The tom looked taken aback. "I'm not intending for you to feel either of those things. I'm just saying, I know lots about you."

"Is that supposed to make me feel any better?"

The tom sighed. "Okay, let's just drop this topic. I'll just introduce myself. My name is Rippling Waters."

Silverwing studied him for a while, before exclaiming, "Oh, so you're Rippling Waters! Whispering Wind, Mystified Echo, and Dark Shadow have told me lots about you."

"They have?" Rippling Waters asked, puzzled.

"Maybe you weren't stalking me my entire life, then." Silverwing paused to enjoy Rippling Waters' exasperated expression before saying, "Anyways, I don't think the Rippling Waters I am talking to right now and the Rippling Waters they described really match up."

"I...well...I've changed." Rippling Waters sighed. "It's a long story, really."

"I've got time." Silverwing replied.

"Well," Rippling Waters paused, and then sighed again. "I...okay. So, Whispering Wind, Dark Shadow, Mystified Echo and I were all-- I'm trying to find a way to put this-- special, I guess would be the word."

"Special?" Silverwing echoed. "Like, how I'm special? Are they telepaths too?"

"No. I'm the only one. And please don't interrupt." Rippling Waters waited until Silverwing nodded, and then continued. "Whispering Wind had the power of seeing the future, Dark Shadow had invisibility, and Mystified Echo had extreme hearing. In other words, she can hear things from a long distance away. And I was their telepath, as you know already."

"So one day, Whispering Wind had a vision. She said she saw a silver tabby, presumably you, and she said you were also special, just like us. You are also part of the Chosen Ones. Oh, and Whispering Wind also described your eyes on great detail for some reason. No idea what that was all about."

"My...my eyes?" Silverwing stammered, suddenly feeling very self conscious. She felt her fur prickle as if ants were crawling through it as she looked back at Rippling Waters, who was staring at her expectantly. "Oh, sorry. Continue."
