Finally you arrive at Sam Uley's house. A bright smile on your face, excited to see the tan skinned boys you hadn't seen in a while. You got out of the car immediately greeted by the boys, all of them making weird noises as they ran out of the house one after another.

"Hey guys"

"Would you look who it is!" Quil yelled causing you to roll your eyes at the boy but not forgetting the great big smile on your face. He ruffled your hair, earning him a frown.

"I was wondering when we would see your ugly self again" Jared smirked taking a bit of his chicken leg before tapping the bottom of your chin, a smile then spread across his face.

You then turned to Paul and Embry waiting for their insults. Paul of course, gladly took the opportunity . "Woah y/n your looking a little bit pale. Hanging out with them bloodsuckers too much" he grinned, twirling the chicken bone around in his mouth. You nodded taking in all their jokes, turning to Embry.

"Hit me" you held your hands out, a loud laugh leaving his mouth before he pulled you in for a hug.

"Nah, I think you've had enough" they then proceeded to walk you inside where Emily stood with her arms wrapped around Sam's torso, Jacob sitting on one of the stools.

Jake smiled as you walked toward him, he pulled you in for a hug. His warmth putting a smile on your face. "Hey Jake"

"Figured I'd leave all the mocking and annoying jokes to them" he smiled down at you. "Thanks"

"Hey Sam, Hi Emily" you pulled back from Jacob, Emily pulling away from Sam and rushing toward me with her arms out.

"Oh man, I miss seeing your face... Sam was just asking the boys if they heard from you" Emily smiled at her husband before she pulled you in for a hug.

"He missed you" she whispered, a small giggle left your mouth as Sam groaned, rolling his eyes. She then pushed you toward Sam. His smile was like a fathers, he enjoyed your company which was kind of really rare. But you brought laughter and joy to the whole house, and he couldn't want anything more than that.

You walked to Sam and he gave you a short lasting side hug, it didn't surprise you though since Sam wasn't a very affectionate person other than to his wife.

"You know, it's hard being the only female here. Please, come over more" Emily then hooked her arms around her husband again.

"Oh come on, you act as if we are horrible"

"We aren't that bad"

A snort left your mouth as Sam managed to laugh quietly. You raised your brows at the boys.

"Oh you have no idea" Emily said as Jacob's laughter was heard throughout the house.

"Y/n, are we that bad"

All eyes were on you, you coughed awkwardly. If you sided with Emily which was how you actually felt, then you wouldn't hear the end of it. But if you didn't, you would feel bad but at the same time you would be lying to their faces.

"Thanks a lot Emily"
