Twilight Oneshots (Requests on hold)

~ Request for Cullen Family ~

I smile faintly at the happy family that sat in the lounge together just talking about random things. Earlier I brushed off the dizzy feeling but it was getting worse and worse and I figured it was because I was dehydrated or something.

I feel Edwards eyes reading me but I ignore it and get up to find myself a drink of water.
"Woah woah, I'll get it for you". Within seconds he's next to me and trying to help me to sit back down.

I frown and slightly push him back down.
"Don't be silly, I'm fine"

He backs off and I take few more dizzy steps and then...

3rd Person

She collapses but thankfully Edward made it to her in time to catch her. He stands her up but she's completely knocked out due to the exhaustion.

"Carlisle" Edward turns to his father. The blonde man taking the limp girl into his arms and straight into the room where he keeps all of his medical gear.

Her Perspective
Time skip

Finally, I gain consciousness and open my eyes. Carlisle standing there with a smile on his face as he hands me a glass of water.

I lift my arm to grab the glass and even doing that was exhausting.

"Do you know of any conditions that you have" Carlisle raises a brow an instantly I'm worried.

"Carlisle, what do I have" I purse my lips, his face drops as a sigh leaves his mouth.
"Beans... you're type 1 diabetic" he uses my nickname, I assume to help me feel better about myself.

It's a lot to take in. I've read about it and I know it's something about not being able to produce enough insulin but still I didn't expect to have it myself.

"Well, you have to rest here for the day" he smiles grabbing the glass of water from me and resting it on the table next to me.

"And what if I want to leave" I tease as he shrugs smugly and turns to the door. Emmett turning the corner with a grin on his face as he crosses his arms.

"You ain't leaving this place anytime soon sweetie"

I scoff and shake my head. Carlisle bends down and plants a soft kiss on my head before giving me one last smile.
"Emmett's wanted to have a turn looking after you"

Carlisle leaves the room and I roll my eyes at the buff boy in front of me.
"What, so I'm a baby now?"

He laughs at my words before sitting on the bed next to my legs. He spent the few minutes making jokes and tried cheering me up and I have to say he did a great job. Emmett always manages to put a smile on my face with his stupid and immature jokes, I appreciate him extremely, but I could see he was getting hungry which made me slightly uncomfortable.

"Look's like it's time for me to babysit" Edward strolls in with a grin on his face, nodding at Emmett. Emmett holds his fist out to me, my grin growing wide as I willingly fist bump him. He laughs softly before patting my head and leaving.

"And I can look after myself thank you very much mister Edward" I say, a bit petty about what he said about babysitting. He laughs and shakes his head.

"I am almost a century older than you, so technically you are a baby to me"

I frown at the boy, poking my tongue at him. We spent only a couple minutes together, he was asking me if I knew how to deal with it, he explained to me what happens with the condition and made me feel better about it.

Until Rosalie and Alice walk through the door with great big smiles on their faces. Edward rolls his eyes and shrugs to me.

"Guess that's my cue to leave" He laughs patting my leg and leaving the room. The girls sat with me and we talked for about 2 hours. Yep 2 hours, I guess time flies when you talk a bunch of crap. They also brought me some food, and Emmett came back in for a few more minutes but left again once he realised we would be talking for ages.

I was beginning to get a bit drowsy but it was nice to have the girls there for me, with them I knew I had someone to talk to, because boys are just... different.

"Now now ladies, I think that's enough talking for the poor girl" Jasper interrupts Rosalie from talking and kisses his girlfriend on the lips. She pats his chest softly and turns to Rosalie.

"Jaspers right, Beans needs some sleep" Rosalie playfully rolls her eyes and stands up and smiles at me and leaves. Alice walks to the door, Jasper staring at her waiting for her to leave.

"That means you too Jas, don't keep her awake too long" she then winked at me before disappearing as well.

Jasper laughs at his girlfriend before turning to me.
"How you holding up there Beans" he sits down on the seat that Rosalie was 2 minutes before.

I sigh but nod my head at him. It wasn't the end of the world and with the support I just had from the rest of the family, I was in a good mood.

"I'm doing good sir, and you?"

He smiles and shrugs his shoulders.
"I'm doing just fine ma'am" he smiles, handing me a glass of water that I took gratefully and sipped on.

"Well, when you're better... me and Alice wanted to go on a trip back home" he grins, my stomach dropping as he bursts into laughter.

"Home? You mean- home as in-"

"Yes. We going back to Houston, Texas baby" He stood up in pride causing a loud bunch of snorts to leave my mouth.

"Man, it's changed so much" he says as his mind trails off. I smile at him and shake my head.

"It has?.... Oh right, sometimes I forget you are like an incredibly old man"

He scoffs sourly at my words.
"I'll let you sleep now" he says bending down and also kissing my forehead. I smile as he  proceeds to do so. I felt close with Jasper, we are from the same city so I feel as though we can relate to each other really well.

"So generous of you"
