Finally! The new chapter is here!!
Sorry if I kept you waiting for long.
Anyway, hope you enjoy. :)

“I have a feeling he’s not going to leave you alone anytime soon,” Kate continued as we walked together to out lockers.
I let my hair fall over my shoulders to hide my face from the students. Apparently, the scene caused by Ace a while ago had caught their interest so they kept giving me glances. Damn boy! Now I look like the silly senior newbie.
I turned to look at her and asked, “What makes you say that?”
She smirked. “I don’t know. You tell me.” She cocked her head to the side and waited for my answer.
I knew she knew that I didn’t tell the whole story on how I met Ace when they asked me this in the cafeteria. I didn’t tell them because I didn’t want to make a big deal out of it. And besides I was sure he’d eventually get tired of his fooling around and finally ignore me, just as I wanted him to be.
I just hope it would be sooner than later.
“There’s nothing to tell,” I lied still. “Maybe he only found something new to play with. And being the newbie that I was, he thinks he could take me down or something. Too bad for him though, I’m not interested in ending up as one of his cheap sluts.”
Kate laughed heartily. “Right on, sister! You’re more bad ass than I thought.” She raised her palm in front of me for a high five. I smacked my palm at hers.
I smiled at her.
We reached her locker. As she was fumbling with her combinations, Paulo appeared from behind us.
“But seriously Chelsea, don’t underestimate him. He stops at nothing when he wants something. If it’s true that he wants you for whatever it is—it’s ok, by the way, if you don’t tell me the reason why,” Kate added with a reassuring smile. “Then you better buckle up because he’ll be adamant to get your attention. I’m not kidding. He’ll only stop if he’s already completely sure that he has lost. That’s how he is.”
“Hey guys,” Paulo interrupted. “Who are we talking about?”
“Hi Lulo,” she greeted with a flat smile. “Ace.”
“Oh.”
“I do want to get rid of him. Believe me, I’m trying here. He’s just too stubborn,” I said, almost whining.
“Just be careful,” Kate said with a concern look.
Paulo looked at me then back to Kate. I had a feeling they had been talking about this matter behind my back. “Don’t scare her too much, will you?”
“I’m not. I’m just giving her an advice.”
Paulo shook his head. “Don’t worry about him. He’s a douche bag. If he’s already annoying you too much, tell me, and I will kick his balls off.”
That made me smile. “Thanks, Paulo.”
Kate snorted. “Yeah, like that’s gonna happen.”
“You don’t think I can take him down?”
“Lulo, the last time you tried to do that, you almost ended up in the hospital,” Kate said, snickering.
“Why, what happened?” I asked.
“A year ago, when Ace used to---“
“Don’t tell her!” Paulo shouted as he stepped in front of Kate to block her from me.
