Stacey's P.O.V.
"So, are you going to talk to her?" I asked Ashton, sitting around the living room along with Kyle and Claire.
"Why? She probably just thinks I'm some lame co worker, who comes to the cafe even when he's not working," he sighed.
"You're not lame," Claire said, looking up from her coloring book.
"Thank you, Claire," he smiled.
"Yea, and plus, she gave you the look," Kyle chimed in.
"The look?" Ashton asked.
"Yea, totally. When she said good bye she specifically looked at you, which doesn't always mean anything, but in this case it definitly did," I explained.
"Whatever," Ashton said, looking down.
"Dude, are you blushing?" Kyle chuckled.
"Saved by the bell," Ashton said as my phone began blaring a song.
I took a quick look at the phone screen before sliding my thumb to the left, ending the call.
"You're turn, are you blushing?" I asked as if my phone had never rang.
"No, now why didn't you answer that?" Ash asked.
"It was just someone I don't really want to talk to over the phone," I shrugged.
"And why not?" Kyle stepped in.
"Because first of all there's a young child in here and I don't know how that conversation would end, and secondly if this person wants to talk, they know where I live," I explained.
As if that was a cue, a knock sounded at the door.
"Great, I must have summoned her," I said, rolling my eyes.
"Be nice," Ash called as I walked to the door.
"Hey, Sarah," I greeted as I opened the door.
"Hi," she said.
"Ok, whats with the attitude?" I asked, getting fed up again.
"Me? You're the one that hung up on me," she stated, with a look as if saying 'are you dumb.'
"Yea, because you gave me the cold sholder and then said I was being a spoiled brat," I reminded her.
"Yea, but then I called to apologize," she said.
"Ok," I said.
"Ok? So, we're good? We can go back to being nor-?" she began, but stopped mid sentence.
"What?" I asked, raising an eyebrow.
"Why is he here?" she asked, pointing to Kyle.
"Because we hang out sometimes," I said as if it were obvious.
"I thought you weren't falling for him?" she said, sending daggers towards him.
"Whoa, there let's back this up. You thought we had feelings for eachother?" Kyle asked, stepping in.
"Yea, I mean you guys hang out all the time," Sarah said.
"So? I hang out with guys a lot, you know that," I said, defending myself.
"Mhmm, I know you hang out with them all the time," she said.
"Are you really suggesting that?" I asked in disbelief.
