Chapter 12

Harper P.O.V

My eyes slowly opened and I groggily sat up. Stupid sun. Shining right in my eyes! I laid back down and rolled to my left that way I was no longer in the sun.

What am I going to do today? Oh yea I'm supposed to hang out with Max. To be honest, I do kinda miss home. It's going to be quite different since I'm Luna. I'm not even 100% sure what Luna's have to do!

I sighed deciding I should get up. I walked over to my dresser and pulled out some running shorts and a T-shirt and some socks. I walked into my bathroom (which I have to admit I love because I never had my OWN bathroom) and I brushed my teeth for two or three minutes and put my hair into a ponytail.

I walked out into the hall and checked my phone. It was 9:00.

Where's Bradley? I wanted to tell him that I was going out for a run with Max.

I walked down stairs and into the kitchen. Isabel was doing the dishes, so far she's my best friend here.

"Hi Isabel." I said giving her a smile and sitting down at the table.

"Hi Harper." She smiled brightly back at me.

"Have you seen Bradley?"

She shook her head and thought for a moment but started laughing.
"He's probably still in bed since you guys made so much noise last night." she said laughing even harder.

Made noise? What?

I laughed awkwardly. "What?"

"You guys were pretty loud.. I heard it all.." she said with her face turning red.

"I don't know.. that wasn't us. I hit the hay pretty early."

"Oh then I don't know."

"Well if you see him will you tell him I'm going out for a run with Max?" I asked.

"Sure, but who's Max?" She asked, her eyebrows furrowing together.

"Oh he's my old guard." she nodded.

I went outside while texting Max I was on my way over.

Bradleys P.O.V

I slowly opened my eyes. The light shining through the window was to bright.

I turned over onto my left side. There was a brunette next to me. What?

She slowly turned over (still asleep) and I quickly noticed it was Clair!! CLAIR IS IN MY BED!

I sat up quickly but that was clearly a mistake. My head started pounding even harder. I ran to the bathroom and puked in the toilet. I groaned and rested my head in my hands. Once it was all out I walked back into the room and sat on the bed. I looked over at Clair and saw two little dots on her neck.. mark. I MARKED HER! I marked two girls!! I guess I didn't REALLY mark Clair because it only works when your REAL mate marks you but still, it means I TRIED to mark her!! What's wrong with me?

"Bradley?" I heard Clair mumble as she sat up.

"You." I growled at her. I was beyond furious.

"Look I'm sorry. I didn't mean for it to go that far." She tried to explain.

"That far? You should have left me alone! I have a mate! I'm also your alpha you shouldn't have disrespected me like that!"

My wolf was clawing at me, trying to get to he surface and take control but that can't happen. I don't think I could stop anything bad from happening if I let him out.

She whimpered and sunk back.

"You made me get druck." I said quietly. She didn't say anything.

"Get out." I said.

She quickly got up and got dressed in her clothes she wore over here and walked out.

What am I going to tell Harper? Oh yea hey, I had sex with my old girlfriend and tried marking her?

What time is it? I looked at the clock on my dresser. 11:30!! She's probably wondering where I am!!

I slowly got up and got dressed and brushed my teeth that way I didn't smell like beer and puke. I walked out the door and started speeding down the stairs until something small hit my chest. I backed up and saw that I ran into Isabel.

"I apologize." I say.

"I'm sorry alpha Bradley. I also have a message from Harper."

Harper knows probably..
My heart started beating rapidly.

"Yes?"

"She wanted to tell me that she's on a run with max."

"Thank you."

She bowed and walked away. That means she doesn't know yet. Thank god.

I walked outside and see Harper running over to the pack house. She's so beautiful.

"Hey Harper how was your run?" I asked trying to stay calm.

"It was great! By the way what time did you wake up?" She asked.

"Uhh.. 11:00." I said. She looked confused, probably trying to figure out why I was sleeping in so late.

"I was tired." I explained as she made an "O" shape with her mouth.

"What do you want to do today?" She asked; her blue eyes starring into mine. I feel like she can see right through me. What will she think when she finds out.

'She'll hate us.' my wolf growled at me. I'm not going to talk to him, I don't need this.

"I have to train the pups today right now actually. I love you." I said as I kissed her goodbye and left.

Dumb move.

Harpers P.O.V

My run with max went really well. I got to hang out with grandma and my sister for a little bit.

I told max about Clair. He said that she sounds like a slut and doesn't like her already.

I guess nothing really changed at home. It's all the same old same old. Max told me that grandma was a little depressed that I was gone but she was doing okay. I kind of miss home. The only friend I have here is Isabel.

Bradley was acting weird today. I'm not sure why. He was really jumpy.. I think he's catching the flu or something cause when he saw me he started sweating and he was just weird. I'll ask him and see if he's okay later. He's to busy training the pups.
