The entire village gathered in the Great Hall, everyone celebrating. Including the Jorgensons. Even though Snotlout lost, that didn't stop them from enjoying the feast. Safe to say, no one was gonna leave tonight not feeling happy. Even the dragons were enjoying themselves.
"Okay, how come I never noticed this before? Are Toothless and Windshear... dating?" Nikolai asked.
The five of us were sitting with Astrid and the others, having a good time when Nikolai asked.
Hiccup and I were sitting together and looked at each other, confused. We looked behind us and saw the most adorable thing ever -Toothless and Windshear wete feeding each other fish and nuzzling each other. I guess that confirms our earlier suspicion.
With a final look at each other before turning to the rest of the table, we bot said, "Yes, they are."
"But, how come Toothless is with a Razorwhip instead of another Night Fury like Midnight?" Fishlegs asked.
"Does that answer your question?" Skylar and Aaron pointed to Phantom and Midnight doing the same things as Toothless ans Windshear are over a barrel of fish.
"Oh." He only said as he went back to his food.
As promised, the boys raided the first batch of yak butter parfait since the race ended in a tie -every single time. So now, they were just drinking since they were all too full to keep on eating. Me, I just lost my appetite after watching them scarf down pastry after pastry.
"Okay, what I really wanna do... is hear Heather, Hiccup, Aaron, Skylar and Nikolai sing. Rumor has it that Aaron, Skylar and Nikolai used to sing whenever they visited, and I wanna hear them sing with the singing love birds that were breaking out a melody this morning." Astrid brought up and the others agreed.
The boys and I just stayed silent and drank our drinks.
"Yeah, come on. Sing for us. You did it this morning." Fishlegs insisted.
"Please?!" The twins begged.
"Or are you guys too chicken to do it?" Snotlout teased before he took a bite out of his mutton.
Yup, Snotlout did the trick.
"Okay, we'll do it." Hiccup said as we all stood up and formed a semi circle.
Skylar hummed the first few notes and tapped the beat, and somehow all of us knew what the song was.
Skylar: Hmmm Yeah
Heather: Oohh Uh
