SCOTT
It was even colder and more humid here on the mountain.
I got out of the car and fetched my captive out of the backseat, his ankles and wrists bound. The ex-husband Sam was still asleep from the drugs I gave him during our flight to New York in one of Fotos' private planes. I dragged him up the long driveway to our destination.
I heard a grunt come from his mouth. Sam was beginning to wake and stir, his lips forming a straight line of discomfort and his body flinching. I tightened my hold on him.
"What the f-"
"Good morning." I said cheerfully, relishing in his displeasure, anticipating causing him more.
Sam coughed and tried to speak. "What did you do to me?"
"I drugged you."
He looked around again. "Why are we at Fotos' house?"
I laughed a little and stared down at him almost pityingly.
He only stared back up at me and swallowed a little.
Ding dong.
The doorbell rang and I waited. A few moments later, two Greek men in suits, one younger and one older, answered the door.
"Scott Arceneaux. Please hand him over to us." The older man on the right said in his accent.
I narrowed my eyes and ignored them. "I'm here to see Sienna. I know she's alive."
"I'm afraid that's not possible." The younger man on the left grabbed Sam out of my arms.
Something wasn't right, something was... and I realized that this was probably coming from her dad. The younger man stepped closer until his face was in mine.
Two against one, and I didn't care. The men both attacked me.
I ducked underneath a swing from the older one and grabbed the younger one's ankle as it headed for my face and pushed him away. I spun around quickly to catch a fist, took the other in the hip, and sent him reeling back from a furious head-butt. I then lunged for the younger guy and sent my hard fists flying into each side of his face. I growled at him, sending my knuckles relentlessly into him, wanting to beat his face into a bloody pulp.
I was suddenly pushed back and the younger man used every ounce of speed inside him to kick his leg straight up, right underneath my chin. A surge of electricity shocked through me, coming from the young man's boot as he kicked me again. He spun and sent his heel for the side of my head, causing me to stumble back some. I looked back at him, glared, and lunged for him again.
I sensed the older man heading straight for me. I had just enough time to grab the young man by the head and spin quickly to ram him right into the charging older man. I sent my fists wherever I could land them, taking a few myself and using all of my speed to block what I could from the two men taking me on again. The older man fought with a style that almost matched my own. I could guess most of his moves, had no choice but to take a hit every now and then when dealing with my other opponent. Taking caution not to slip on the driveway as I battled two men at once, I grunted at them and continued on.
The younger man fought differently from both me and the older man. He evaded gracefully, sending his strength into me only when necessary. He hopped from one foot to the next as he kicked at me, the slight pain burning into me with every thrust of his boot. I knew I had to try and kill them with the gun in my pants. I quickly dipped my body to jab forcefully into the older man's thigh, kicking at his knee to send him down and then grabbing the boot of the young man before it could once again collide with my stomach.
