"Mom, Edward is picking me up in a little bit. He is bringing me to meet his family-" I was cut off as my dad entered the kitchen.
"Great, so we can meet this Edward." He said giving me a look.
"Fine, just be nice. He means a lot to me." I say, blushing as I look down at my fingers. "I promise." He said, looking down at the newspaper.
"We invited Red, Kitty, Bob and Midge over to grill tonight, I know your friends will come too." Mom said,
"Oh cool-" I was cut off my the doorbell ringing, "That's him, I'll get it." I say, and walk to the front door. I open it and was greeted by Edward smiling at me holding another sunflower.
"For you." He said, a blush creeped onto my face as I reached out and took it from him. "Thank you, please come in." I say, stepping aside so he can come in.
We walked into the kitchen and my mom and dad looked up.
"Hi, you must be Edward, I'm Colleen, this is my husband John" mom said walking over to Edward. Edward held out his hand and shook her hand and then held out his hand to my dad. My dad gripped his hand and they shook hands, my dad looked impressed as they let go.
"Well, we should get going." I say, grabbing my jacket from the chair and kissing my parents on the cheek before walking out of my house with Edward.
Edward opens my door and waits for me to buckle up before racing to his side.
I chuckle and shake my head before he drives off and pulls into this dirt road a few minutes later.
He pulled up to this two story house that was away from every other house.
"Are you trying to kill me?" I ask, he chuckles and shakes his head, "not in the slightest." He said parking the car and turning it off.
I unbuckled and opened the door, he grabbed my hand and we walked to the front door. He opened the door and walked in, I took my jacket off and he laid it on the bench by the door before we walked farther into the house.
We walked into the living room and it seemed like all of his siblings and his parents were home.
His parents laid eyes on us first and stood up with a smile,
"This is my father Carlisle, and my mother Esme." Edward said, his dad was the first to reach me and held out his hand, I shook his hand and I froze, my eyes closed and I noticed him shivering on a bed, his body thrusting in pain as sweat dropped down his face. It looked like he was hiding.
He pulled away and I smiled, "she can see your past with just a touch." Edward said, laying his hands on my waist as I stood in front of him.
Esme pulled me into a gentle hug and I shut my eyes and saw her crying, she looked hysterical, she was standing in front of a mirror in her room.
She left her home and took off to a bridge we're no one else was. She stood on it and jumped, having survived, later on her deathbed, Carlisle sat above her, he gently kissed her, before going to her neck. (I'm not sure how she tried to kill herself but just go with it.)
We pulled away and I opened my eyes,
"It's Nice to meet you sweetie." She said, smiling sadly at me.
"I'm Alice." The pixie haired girl bounced over to me and pulled me into a hug, I seen her attached to a bunch of machines, she jumped as she was getting electrocuted.
She was in a white dress, a guy in a lab coat stood over her with a smirk as she grimaced in pain.
Later on she was changed.
"This is Jasper." She said, the blonde nodded at me, he didn't move closer, he was across the room. I smiled and nodded back before a big buff guy made his way over to me,
"I'm Emmett." He said, he brought me into a bear hug and I saw him literally being attacked by a bear, a blonde woman saving him and changing him as he laid on the forest floor.
"It's Nice to meet you." I say as we pulled away.
"This is Rosalie." He said, motioning to the blonde female who saved his life. She stood up and walked over to me,
"It's Nice to meet you Meadow." She said, pulling me into a gentle hug,
She laid on the street of New York City. Her clothes torn up as guys stood up and fixed their pants, leaving her to die. Only for Carlisle to find her and change her as soon as possible.
"I'm sorry that happened to you." I whispered, even though everyone could probably hear me.
"I'm sorry that happened to you." She said back to me, I smiled and we pulled away.
"So, should we watch a movie?" Alice asked, "what movie?" I ask, Edward and I sit on the couch together.
