A week later
Kim jaeun POV
I woke up to an adorable yeontan who jumped onto my bed . Soon after taeyung came in too banging on a pan . I tried covering my head with a pillow wishing it was invincible to sound. But it wasn't much help.
"Ahhhh Oppa I'm tired " I whined . "Chaeun you have an interview today am I wrong ?"
My head suddenly shot up remembering I had an interview. Not just any interview but an interview at Jeon Enterprise. One of the leading companies in Korea. I had already passed 2 rounds of the interview.
I reluctantly got up and prepared for the interview. Scanning my wadrobe I searched for suitable clothes .

Oppa dropped me of at the building. I grabbed my purse and made my way into the building. I always get amazed at how modern the building truly is .
Careful not to get distracted, I reached the reception. "Hi I'm here for an interview." " Oh is it for the finance department?" I nodded. "Ok please follow me ."
I followed her into a hall where other people were seated to apply for the same position.
I started to control my breathing as I started to get nervous . I started to clutch onto my resume a bit harder . Trying to concentrate my breathing until ...
" Miss Kim Chaeun may you come in please ."
Upon listening to that I slowly made my way into the room. As I enter there are four people seated there patiently waiting. I slowly make way to the chair placed directly opposite to them .
Jungkook POV
I'm so tired at this point . I've already sat through nine interviews and there was still six to go through . I sigh . Hyung turns around " Kook are you ok ?" I replied " Yeah I'm fine Hyung.
Suddenly the door clicks signalling someone just walked in . I raise my head to see her . I smirk upon seeing her . What a coincidence I thought . But at this point who doesn't know I'm the CEO of Jeon Enterprise. I chuckle quietly. Let's see how this one goes I say as I slowly prop myself to sit comfortably on the chair.
She greets us with a bow and slowly raises her head . I smirk at her as she looks back at us . But she casually looks back like it doesn't effect her .
"Miss Kim on your resume it says you graduated from one of the best universities in Korea " Hyung asked.
"Yes sir" she replied
"Miss Kim can you tell me why you haven't got hires by any other companies or had any work in the realm of finance " hyung asked curiously.
Personally I didn't put having a job as my first priority due to some personal issues .I wanted to relax for a while so I travelled around the world and did some charity work.
"Oh really , could you tell me a bit more about the charity work you did Miss Kim."
"I helped work around people in need such as the people who may of had financial difficulties. "
"Since I studied about finance I would help them with their finance and we ended setting up a school that can help children who may of had financial difficulty . This really helped them escape poverty and have a chance to get good paying jobs ."
She so cute I though as she started to talk about her charity work her eyes were truly smiling reminiscing about those times.
"Miss Kim your only 22 how did you complete so much at such a young age " I asked her smiling
"I graduated early, sir " she replied
"So Miss Kim why do you think you are suitable for this position" hyung asked
"Even though I don't have much work experience . I think I am more than capable of this job as I graduated first in my class . "
"I have used these skills to help and benefit others . I truly believe I can gain new skills working at this company and I hope i grow as the company also grows . "
"Thank you Miss Kim "I said as I handed her resume back to her.
After the rest of the interviews
I said " Lets do a collective vote ." We had crossed out all the interview that didn't meet our standards and now we were left with two people . We were left with Kim Jaeun and lee hyun.
" Okay please raise your hand if you believe Miss Kim is suitable for this position." I said hoping she got the position .
Looking around everyone had raised their hands . I smirked thinking I would be able to see her everyday.
Kim Jaeun POV
As I entered I handed my resume in. Throughout the whole interview I felt the CEO's gaze . I felt very uncomfortable but there wasn't much I could do about it .
Personally I didn't put having a job as my first priority due to some personal issues .I wanted to relax for a while so I travelled around the world and did some charity work.
The personal issue she had mentioned was her DID due to the amount of stress she had due to her university. She took a year off to go to multiple forms of treatment. She visited a therapist regularly. The DID appeared due to trauma she had experienced when she was young.
The main purpose of the therapist is for her to understand she did go through that dark past . It would be a lot more difficult for her if she didn't accept it.
This is also the reason why she's uncomfortable with new people she doesn't fully trust people. It wasn't her fault it was this way .
