Kim seokjin POV
After reading her journal I was absolutely horrified. She wrote in such detail I couldn't imagine what I would do if I was in her position.
I looked back at her she was completely normal no reaction. She was staring somewhere but I don't know where . " Jaeun. Jaeun, can you hear me ?" She shook herself out of her thoughts. " Is anything wrong ?" She asked . I was surprised she acted in such a calm manner.
" Jaeun can you tell me anything else about this diary entry ?" I asked trying to se how she would react .
" Even though the diary entry was written with such detail I only have flashes of those events . I can't recall them easily . " she said while I jotted a few notes down.
" I want to try something to see if it helps . Is that ok?" She nodded hesitantly .
" I am going to try a form of clinical hypnosis called hypnotherapy ." I said as i gestured her to sit on the couch beside her . " Sit comfortably and just relax your body ."
I reached for my pocket watch and I put my metronome .
Jaeun POV
I focused on the pocket watch as my eyelids started to flutter as I grew more tired within just a few minutes .
I had returned to when I was 11 after the first encounter with my cousin Jaehoon. He visited me on a regular basis.
He would always hold my hand and kiss me telling how much he loved me . I had trusted him since he was older and believed he knew what was really right .
I was disgusted to revisit these events as I started to slowly realise how toxic our relationship truly was .
Trying to fight back the tears i slowly felt myself sink in deeper and deeper.
Kim seokjin POV
Throughout the whole time she was hypnotised she would plead fee help and I was shocked when one tear rolled down her cheek .
Abruptly she woke up. " Where the fuck is this ?" She spat out . I was shocked at her behaviour. Immediately I went over to her " Are you ok Jaeun?" She cocked her brow looking confused.
" Who is Jaeun? " she asked with curiosity. "You are Kim Jaeun ." She laughed at my words finding it amusing.
" Kim Jaeun, I'm Lee Jae ." She said looking back at the man. Like he made the most foolish mistake. He was astonished. As he had so many assumptions in his head .
Later on Jaeun was diagnosed with dissociative identity disorder. Her family also noticed these weird behaviours but didn't think much of it . Until they found out it was a lot more than Jaeun trying to fit in .
Jaeun was shocked now she had answers to her questions but this turned her world upside down . She started to become distant towards her friends as she felt this disorder being a barrier . Yet this was really only her concern about no one accepting her .
