How I headcanon that Virabot isn't dead:
Her A.I. can jump into anything that can run it (think Second going on the IPhone) and she can jump from a body in second. So before Chosen dealt the final blow, she jumped back to Dark's computer and is now currently waiting for Dark to finish her new body. She can run in multiple bodies at once, but it's pretty hard to do that.
