How redeemed Virabot

Ok so, I sure at least 1 person who reads my stuff is curious about how redeemed!Vira got redeemed

Well, there are a few ways it could happen. They all come from at least one of these factors

1. Vira is extremely loyal to Dark with a deep respect for her. She's on whatever side Dark is on, unless something where to change about how she sees Dark

2. Dark decided to give Vira a bit of a moral compass, but over time said moral compass grew. She genuinely thinks Dark is in the right, so that's another reason for her loyalty

Now, I'm going to give you some scenarios on how Virabot gets redeemed (also I gave them names because yes)

A: Ok I guess we're doing this now
Dark is redeemed and joins the squad, and Vira just fallows Dark. I always use this one, because the other complicate her relationship with Dark because here she realizes Dark was wrong after Dark realizes that about herself, and then Dark tells her "I was wrong, and I'm sorry for dragging you into my stuff." so Vira doesn't hold any hard feelings against Dark. If I say redeemed!Vira just assume I'm taking about this one unless I say otherwise

B: Slow burn
Vira is extremely loyal to Dark, so words alone won't change much. But, redeeming Vira by talking to her can be done, but it's an extremely slow process, that would go like this:

1. Second and Red keep asking her why she's doing this, and Vira replies "Because my mom said to." When they ask her why her mom makes her do this, she tells them that she has her reasons. After a month they start to get to Vira

2. Vira starts questioning her mom's motives, and she asks Dark what her genuine motive are. Dark tells her that she believes that humans will only abuse things on the Internet and that the sticks that help them have basically been irreversibly brainwashed into being slaves and that they're better off dead then having to spend another second enslaved (that's my hc motivation for Dark btw). Vira begins to feel sorry for Second and Red

3. Vira really begins to question things after 2-3 months of seeing the animator showing genuine care for the sticks. She starts wondering if her mom is wrong, but shrugs it off

4. After a month or two she finally gives in and starts to wonder if Dark has it all wrong

5. After a month of questioning, she begins to sneak into different computers to see if humans are really all Dark cracks them up to be (note: if she sees an abusive human, she'll go right back to square one)

6. After a few months of spying on people when they would have not reason to act nice if they aren't, she ends up finding Second and/or Red and talks to them about the worst they they experience with the animator. After hearing how it seems like he isn't that bad of a guy, she really starts to question this

7. After months of consideration, she decides that her mom is wrong, and tries she stop her from tracking her so she could run away (not that's she's scared of Dark or anything, she just doesn't want Dark following her into a computer a destroying it because she thought the own had kidnapped Vira)

8. She talks to Second and Red and they slowly introduce her to the squad who slowly take her in

At the shortest possible scenario, this whole arc takes place over year or two. There would be a lot of distrust towards Vira by the squad. Also Dark would be absolutely in raged that the same person who she believes convicted her brother to go back into an abuse slavery based relationship has also convinced her daughter into an slavery based relationship as well. If Dark got redeemed later, her relationship with Vira would become strained, but after awhile they could fix it

C. Like a slap to the face
Vira thinks that all the websites Dark destroyed did something to deserve it. But if she were to meet people on a website that did nothing that warranted being demolished, and then see Dark destroy said website. She would immediately switch teams and eventually join the squad. If Dark got redeemed here, her relationship with Dark would've already been almost destroyed by Dark's attack, and so Vira would barely talk to Dark for almost a year until the pain she felt from staying angry finally got to her and she would start talking to Dark again. Their relationship would probably never be the same, even if they both completely forgive each other
