They're Getting To You

Since you had started dating Cal, you were going on tour with him and his band. Finally leaving the place of horrible memories and moving onto a new chapter with the person you loved. You asked Calum if you could go out before you left. But, when you arrived at the restaurant, you saw the people who made your life a lving hell. 

"Cal, maybe we should just forget this and go home to eat."

"Why? This is a really nice place, are you not feeling too good, babe?"

Quickly, you explained to him about what happened at school and what they did to you. You were about to leave until they walked up and started talking

"Hey Y/N, long time, no see. How have you been? And who is this you are with, can't be your boyfriend can it?"

"Well, actu-"

"You should come and join us for dinner, this way we can learn about your friend her."

You knew what she was up to and asked if you could be excused for a bit, from a distance you could see her flirting with Calum, twirling her hair, throwing her head back with fake laughter and jokingly slapping him. You couldn't take it any more and walked outside to the car, Calum saw and started screaming your name but you didn't respond. As you sat in the car, head in hands, Calum jumped in

"Babe, something is up and you need to tell me, I'm worried about you. Was it those girls? I was just being friendly, they seemed nice."

"Do you ever get that feeling where you don't want to talk to anyone? You don't want to smile and fake your happiness. But, at the same time you don't know what's wrong either. There isn't a way to explain it to anyone who doesn't already understand. If you could be anything in the world, it would be to be alone. At least, when you're alone, no one will constantly ask what is wrong and there's no one to take 'I don't know' as an answer. They made me feel so alone at school and they did it agian tonight."

"Tell you what, that restaurant wasn't that good, let's go home, grab some food and talk. You sound like you need to. Y/N, you are never alone as long as you have me in your heart."

He ended it with a kiss which you were in need of, he always knew the right things to say.
