Jungkook's Pov
If Jimin wants to be with Soyeon, then why should I care? It's not like she even felt anything for me at all besides hatred.
I know that everything was my fault; I'll take full responsibility for cheating, but I'm hurt too you know. It's not that I never loved her because trust me, I did. I loved her a lot, and I will always love her despite our situation right now.
But when she left me, she wouldn't pick up my calls or answer when I texted her. I understand that I really hurt her, but what hurt me was that in our relationship, I felt like the only one being in it.
She got so distant with me, barely picked up my calls, wouldn't go out on dates with me anymore. I thought she was cheating on me, even though that's not like her.
I gulped, a pain of regret instantly filled my body. No matter how much I wanted to fix things with her, I still held a grudge.
I shook the thought off and unlocked the hotel room, only to see that Soyeon was peacefully asleep on the couch. My mouth curved into a smile sneakily. After I quietly closed the door, I settled down my stuff onto the floor, and then went to shower. I changed into a black t-shirt and grey sweatpants afterwards.
Something that really bothered me was Soyeon. I couldn't help but admire how adorable she looked sleeping. How her hair effortlessly laid back without getting in her face, or how her face was snuggled against her hand on the couch.
She deserved to sleep more comfortably.
Carefully wrapping my arms under her legs, I picked her up bridal-style and gently laid her onto the bed, tucking her in. She left out a soft groan and I chuckled. Oh, god. I stared at her lips; It's like they were calling for me.
However, I didn't do anything. I brushed her hair back softly and smiled, caressing her face. So beautiful. Soyeon winced at my touch but didn't wake up, and I breathed a sigh of relief.
As I was about to go sleep on the couch, Soyeon told hold of my arm, stopping me. "Stay.."
I continued to walk but her grip tightened. "Please?" She whispered.
