Scarlett's POV
"You are disgusting Jeremy!"
Blakeley scrunched up her face in disgust. Damon and Jacob's eyes gleamed with fascination and they bend over the table to grab the same toppings that Jer used to modify his food.
This time Lance's face scrunched up and Emily gagged beside me. The guys moaned in ecstasy.
How in the bloody hell do chicken nuggets and ice-cream taste good?
I stifled a laugh looking at the completely opposite expressions on either gender.
I took the basket containing the nuggets away from their reach as they comically tried to bend over the table and grab it. The girls followed my action and grabbed their ice-cream bowls away from them. The boys' faces turned into an upside-down smile together.
It could be reasonable for Jeremy and Jacob to mimic each other's actions because they were twins and you know, that creepy thing they do. But for Damon to mimic them was extremely creepy.
"C'mon Scar, we are starving and the pizza isn't even here yet," Jacob says in a baby voice.
I look towards the girls, lifting my left eyebrow.
The girls had every so slightly brought the ice-cream bowls near to the table when these hooligans snatched them away and went back to devouring it. I chuckled putting some nuggets into my plate and passed the basket around the table.
We were at Tim's Diner to get some afternoon snacks before we headed back to my house. We decided to do some group study, dinner followed by a movie night at my place.
So many tests were coming up and the workload was piling up slowly. I even had to meet up with Mr Hot Buns for one of our assignments.
Our steamingly delicious pizza was soon brought to us. I do not know what Damon was thinking when he ordered ten extra-large pizzas for just seven people. We wolfed down eight pizzas pretty quickly and I asked the waiter to get the other two packed.
"Excuse me! Hey, can you pack these two up and send over the bill, please?"
"Sure, anything else? I can carry these to your car," his gaze lingered on my chest before it finally met mine.
I forced a smile and said, "No, thank you."
I turned back to my friends when he picked up the pizzas and left.
"Do you want us to talk to him?" Jeremy asked, his voice laced with irritation.
I shook my head and scrolled through my phone to avoid meeting any gazes.
"But Scar, he does this every single time we come here. You keep dismissing it like it's nothing. He literally eye-rapes you every time," Blakeley reasoned.
"I said no, Blake. It's nothing, don't worry about it."
The debate was cut short when the same waiter came back with two boxes and a card swipe machine.
I held out my credit card for him. He took it but not before grazing his fingers over my hand. An uneasy feeling passed through me.
"Mind writing me down your number?" He chimed in, placing down the bill and a pen.
I was completely cheesed off at this point. "I don't mind shoving up this pen up your arse and puncturing your balls with it too," I quipped, finishing with a snarky smile.
Good thing he valued his manhood because even if I wasn't going to act upon what I said the boys definitely would if he hadn't stopped right there.
