Chapter 6

I am already In the Second trimester of my pregnancy(6 months) and my tummy was really big. I could now go for a scan to see the sex of my baby.
But before the holidays Craig Rogers,the schools best soccer player always wooed me and I had a mind of accepting his proposal. Mean while my mum  told  me to use her car to use because of my condition. Hey Sofia, Craig said pulling me into a hug, how are you? He said, I am good and you,I said , Same here Craig said , well I have accepted your proposal on condition, you will..... Wait,Sofia are you pregnant ? Yes I am I said looking down,in shame. How ? Why? Craig said in disappointment. I ...I was raped I stammered, I don't believe you that's why you said you have accepted so you could find someone to put that thing on Craig said. Never in your life call my baby a thing I said defensively. Oooh OK fine ... He said and left. Just then Camilla came and asked me what happened, Craig found out that I was pregnant. I said. Oh dear so sorry.. Camilla said. You don't need to be he called my baby a thing. I said, how dare he Camilla said . you know what I have to go home I want to rest my feet. Oh no problem I will call you later Camilla said hugging me then she left. I hopped Into the car used my seatbelt a d zoomed home.

When I got home no one was there so I just went to my room and relaxed my feet because they were swollen. I rubbed my tummy and said hey baby, I can't wait to see you in real life I said to my foetus then I relaxed on the bed and slept off . Later in the day mum came back and asked if I had booked an appointment for tomorrow and I said yes. I also told her that I was gonna miss school tomorrow and she agreed and went to make dinner I then showered and slept off.

The next day I woke up brushed my teeth and had my bath then wore some clothes and applied a little makeup then I went downstairs at some cereal and went  to the hospital. Good morning Miss Sofia, Dr Claire said to me, I am fine I said weakly. So I am sure your baby has started kicking the doctor said . Yes it does a lot I said smiling. So let's check your Foetus gender shall we she said pointing to the bed. We shall I said laying on the bed, then all of a sudden,I saw my womb on the scan machine and the doctor rubbed a gel like substance on my tummy and she kept turning the substance on my Tummy with a device. That's your baby she said pointing to the screen,its a girl! She said. Oh my God a baby girl this is lovely I said. Then she Printed my scan result then I went  home and showed mum. Oh my God my grand daughter is a girl she said happily. So how many weeks gone? Mum said. I am 27 weeks gone I said rubbing my belly. I can't wait to see my grand child she said. I wanna go upstairs and relax my legs hurt I said. Alright hun mum said .
When I got upstairs I layer on the bed a d called Camilla,
Me : Hello Camilla bow was school today?
Camilla: It was cool have you gone to the hospital?
Me: Yes I saw my baby's scan and its a girl
Camilla: That's so cute, Craig kept asking about you from me.
Me:Ugh... What does that jerk want from me?
Camilla: he said I should tell that he is sorry for that statement and he is ready to father your child
Me : Really that's nice I will come to school tomorrow and talk to him
Camilla: Alright bye
Me:  bye I said after seizing to hear a voice from the other end .
