Chapter 22

When we got home, We told mum about everything and mum welcomed Ivy and fed her. Just then, Camilla rushed in, I ran towards her and hugged her tightly. Hey, Sofia, how are you? She said softly. I am fine, I am just so happy to see you I said like a child who saw candy for the first time. Me too, can we go talk upstairs Camilla said pointing to the staircase, For sure,I said as we both went upstairs. We got upstairs, and I sat down on the bed, then my eyes flickered to a polythene bag she was holding. I guess I was too surprised to see her,I didn't even notice the bag. Is that for me? I said. Of course it is, Camilla said. Omg! My favorite chocolate, I yelled, thanks so much I said as I opened the pack and took some, do you want some? I asked. No I am fine, Camilla said. OK... I said dragging, so you wanted to talk to me, what's up? I said sitting straight and tucking my hair behind my hair. Well... Its about Craig, Camilla said. The reason he didn't come to visit, is that he found his parents, and also I didn't tell him on time Camilla said. What? I said dropping my chocolate, that's what he wanted to say yesterday, I am so stupid I said pacing, he found his parents I didn't even give him listening ears, Camilla I am a wicked being, I said as I continued pacing. What do I do? Maybe I should go visit him? I said putting tension in the air. Relax! Camilla said stopping me from talking, He was the one who said that, I should come beg you, Camilla said. Really? Can I call him, maybe..... No let's go visit him then you both can sort yourselves out, Camilla said shunning me. That's a great idea, I squealed. And you are not a monster, its a normal motherly instinct, I am sure you were tensed up so you vented all your anger on him. Camilla said. Aaah.... That's a relieve I sighed, what am I gonna do without you?We both smiled and we left, on our say downstairs, I told mum I was gonna visit Craig and Camilla, cooed Ivy, I kissed Ivy then we left.

Camilla's POV
I knew exactly what Sofia liked, and before I bring such issues up I always buy her chocolates especially her favorite "Snickers". I just hope this Sofia, Craig stuff goes well, I'll really like them to be a couple, like they will be a really cute one.

We got to Craig's house and hit the bell, then I heard the door open and we saw Craig with, sweat a shirt and joggers, he definitely hadn't slept for a while, cause he had dark circles and eye bags. Hey Camilla, immediately he saw me I saw a spark of excitement in his eyes, but he tried to control it, Hi Sofia, he said trying to hold his amusement back. Can we enter? Camilla said, sure Craig said rubbing his eyes with his hand, then I and Camilla entered and sat down, his house was nice though, he had a comfy sofa, and a fire place beneath his flat screen TV, I am sure its his parents house because the Craig I know doesn't have this taste. So Craig, Sofia is here to "apologize" Camilla said, saying apologize louder. I am so sorry Craig I didn't mean to shout at you that day, I was frustrated and I am sorry I didn't give you listening ears, I....I..am sorry I said almost crying and facing down, then I felt Craig use his finger to raise my jaw, I know and I am sorry too, I was a jerk, right there, ever since by parents betrayed me and left I was sulking, and when I found them I was happy even though they aren't still coming back, look that's a story for another day let's focus on us now. Craig said, "I love you" he said . I love you too I said then he pulled me into a hug, Like he doesn't want me to leave his side, then I lifted my head and we kissed, I held his neck and he held my waist. And when we pulled back, I saw Camilla with  teary eyes, like she was watching a kind of romance movie and I pulled her up and hugged too.

That's how my life went I just told you the story of my life and upon the up's and downs of life, when life served me a bowl of unfortunate,I made a good one out of it.

We have come to the end of betrayed, and I asked you guys if I should do a sequel.
