it took about 15 minutes to get to our desination. When he finally stopped the car I was relived.
"Ryan, you are possibly the worst driver ever." I joked.
He lightly punched my left shoulder and laughed. "Yah, I know. I don't really drive much at the base, but it doesn't matter becuase we are here!"
I started to pull off the blind fold. "No! Not yet!" Ryan yelled. It scared me and I jumped.
"Good god Ryan! You almost scared me to death!"
I heard him laughing. It soon faded. I heard the back of the van open. I thought he was getting my wheel chair, but I waited a while and he never came to get.
After what seemed like 6 minutes pass I started getting worried. "Ryan?" I yelled.
No response.
"Ryan?"
Still no response.
Then I heard my door open and froze. "Ryan?" I asked in a quiet voice.
Nothing happened.
All of a sudden I felt something cold hit my arm.
"Ryan! That's not fair! You can't throw snowballs at handicap people!" I laughed.
I felt Ryan pick me up and put me in the wheel chair. He rolled me a few feet and then stopped.
"You can take off the blind fold Maddie."
