When were done eating, Ryan folded up the table and put it in the van. He wrapped up the food and put it in the black box along with the plates and silverware.
When eveything was packed up I spoke. "I still can't believe this." I looked at the trees. "Did you buys those lights?"
Ryan chuckled. "yah, and I put them up and that was almost the death of me. It was pretty windy when I was putting them up."
I giggled at the thought of him swaying around with the trees trying to put them up.
He walked up to me and handed me a long, small black box. He had one too. I opened it and it was a white rose. I looked at him.
"It's a Christmas present for mom and dad." He opened his box and it was a white rose too.
I pick up the rose and bent down in my wheel chair and put it on my dad's grave. Ryan put his on mom's grave. We said goodbye to them.
Ryan helped me into the car and drove back to the hospital.
