"Prelims is over! Hell yes!" Angel cheered and the rest of the debate society agreed. I just exhaled out of happiness. "Tara nomi!" Sam wiggled his eyebrows suggestively at the idea of drinking and Angel even rejoiced while imagining she was chugging a bottle.
"Sama ka, Nics?" Juan asked Nicole but she just shrugged. Nicole isn't one to party pero marunong naman makisabay. "Ikaw, Yanne?" Sam asked me and I just answered with a shrug too. Di ko rin alam eh, baka pumunta mamaya sa condo si V. Miss ko na 'yun, di kasi siya nakikipagkita basta exams.
"Everyone should go. Careless would be playing at The Island tonight." Jack urged everyone but his eyes stayed on me. Ano na naman ba problema nito? Kung hindi nang-aasar o nagtatantrums, naninitig naman.
"Free tix?" Sam teased Jack. "Of course, as long as everyone's there." Jack just smiled at me, tempting me with the idea of seeing JaDine for free. "I'm G!" Nicole said, shocking everyone because she's not into that type of things.
"Nice. I'll pick everyone up by 7, labas na kayo agad sa mga bahay niyo ah. Yanne, send me your address." Sam said that as if he was some leader of the band. Di pa nga ako um-oo tapos ngayon hihingin na nila address ko?
The boys were about to leave but Jack suddenly bent and whispered something in my ear. "If you don't come, I won't play." Blinackmail pa talaga ako ni kupal kaya naman tinapakan ko ang sapatos niya para makaganti.
Nang makita nila ang maruming Yeezy ni Jack, tawang tawa sila. Jack just rolled his eyes and continued walking away with the boys.
I bid goodbye to Angel and Nicole and went on my way home too. Nagtaxi ako pauwi kasi wala naman yung driver ni Vico na sumusundo sakin most of the time. Deadma lang, baka busy lang diba? Oo nga pala, it's been a month na nanliligaw si V. Consistent naman siya and kahit super busy niya, I understand and bumabawi naman siya. Ako rin naman busy sa school kaya nagkakaintindihan lang.
Dumating na ako sa condo at di naman sa umaasa ako pero miss ko na rin si V eh. Di pumupunta dito sa condo dahil exams ko at bawal daw siya mangdistorbo. Okay lang naman, nakabenefit rin naman ako pero nakakamiss din yung tao.
Binuksan ko na phone ko at itetext ko sana si V kung pupunta siya sa condo kasi kung hindi, lalabas nalang kami nila Jack. Pagbukas ko ng Twitter, nabwisit rin talaga ako sa nakita ko.

Parang nabasag ang puso ko sa nabasa ko at naluluha ako. Kaya naman pala di makakapunta sa akin, may iba naman palang kasama. Di naman ako magagalit kung sinabi lang sana niya.

The gang texted me na nasa baba na daw sila. Bumaba na ako at sumakay sa van. "Are you okay?" Angel asked me as she held my shoulders nang makita niya ako. "Of course." I smiled. Sam shook his head at Angel, signalling her that we shouldn't talk about the issue. Well, nakita na ata nila cause even Juan had concern in his eyes for me.
Dumating na kami sa The Island na awkward at tense yung atmosphere kasi ayaw talaga nilang pag-usapan yung Twitter issue about V. Well, I'm here for a good time. Nag-order na si Sam ng alak at naghahanda na sila Jack sa stage.
"Loosen up, guys. Okay ako and let's get wild!" I cheered as I chugged down my drink. This is gonna be one hell of a night.
