"Labas na tayo." I hissed at Jack who was still lounging around kahit ubos na kape niya. Nananadya ba 'to? Nakakapikon ha.

"Jack, get the fuck up." Angel pulled his arm habang mga mata niya'y nasa mesa nila Vico. My eyes darted over to their table but Vico was serious. He was busy. That's a good thing for me, baka maging away na naman namin 'to at magkapasa na naman si Jack.

Sam stood and helped pulling Jack up from his seat. They dragged him outside as I followed them. 'Di naman ata nakakapansin si V, 'di naman lumingon. Lusot na ba tayo?

I pushed the glass door and went out of the cafe. It was already 5 and the sun was already setting. It was beautiful but I love the sunrise more.

Nakayuko lang ako habang naglalakad, nagdadasal na sana hindi na talaga ako mapansin ni V. I think I'll go home nalang agad sa condo. I know V will be there mamaya and I'm pretty sure I don't wanna piss him off even more by going out.

"Ma'am?" I heard a voice ask.

"Oh, manong?"

Lord, please help me.

"Really? Akala ko may meeting pa siya?" I crossed my fingers na sabihin nalang sana ni manong driver na umuwi nalang ako sa amin pero hindi. Hindi talaga ako tinulungan ng Diyos.

Napalingon sina Jack sakin cause they noticed I wasn't behind them na. I just shook my head and gestured na umalis na lang sila. Angel automatically understood and dragged the two boys out of my sight.

It would be a bigger problem if Jack and I exchanged pleasantries with the driver around. We don't want another bruise, jusko.

"Pinahihintay niya raw po kayo sa loob ng sasakyan." Eto na talaga. Malilintikan na talaga ako kay V. Lord, help! Pumayag na ako at pumasok sa sasakyan ni Vico.

I was about to fish out my cellphone and libangin ang sarili ko but the car door opened. Vico got in with an expressionless face and I was kind of scared. He told me to stay away from Jack but how could I when he's my friend and classmate? Ugh.

"V." His eyes weren't looking at me, they were looking straight ahead. His face looked grim and dark at konti nalang, manginginig na ako sa takot.

"I know but-" I started pero naunahan niya akong magsalita. "Alam mo naman pala." He muttered under his breath. I never saw him angry or serious, really. Palagi siyang spontaneous lang at cute most of the time with me.

I swallowed the lump in my throat as he looked at me right now. Tiningnan niya ako ng parang nakapatay ako ng aso ng kapitbahay nila. Was it so bad that I wanted to be friends with Jack?

"I wanted to apologize to him kasi nga nasuntok siya because of me." He scoffed at what I said, his voice was laced with so much disbelief.

He faced me as I bit my lip nervously. "Hindi mo kailangang magsorry, hindi naman ikaw sumuntok sa kanya." He looked at me seriously and all I could do was nod. He sounded very authoritative. By this, my lips started to tremble yet I remained looking strong.

"Fine. I'm sorry." I took his hand in mine and gave him a little pout. His face softened at my touch and I giggled at his reaction.

"Alam mo talaga mga kaninaan ko." V chuckled at inakbayan ako para mas mapalapit kaming dalawa. "Where are we going?"

"Home." He said it in a gentle voice that reminded me so much of the feeling of contentment. This was it.
