Isbel's pov

Saguru and I walked in and were greeted by the inspector. He lead us into the conference room we were in before.

In side was Mr. Mouri, Inspector Nakamori, and the old geezer who I was staying with.

"So what is it that you needed to discuss this morning?"Inspector Nakamori asked.

"This morning Kaito Kid's advance notice was left on Isabelle's desk with a rose," Saguru said giving both to the inspector.

"Well do you have an Idea of what it means?"Nakamori asked not knowing as usual.

"Well I believe that Irene refers to Isabelle who is a detective and a good one at that. Sherlock could be referring to anyone else here,"Sauru explained.

"Is there something wrong Saguru?" I asked.

"Pardon?" He asked.

"Sorry, my bad," I said,"Wait give me a butchers at that note again."

"Butchers?" Mr. Mouri asked.

"It's british term for 'look'," Saguru explained.

"Oh, well yeah you can look at it," Nakamori said handing the advance notice to me.

"Tell me If I'm wrong but Sherlock Holmes and Irene Adler are around the same age, now the wording is important Kid says 'I am looking forward to seeing Sherlock there too'. I believe he is referring to someone who is not always there, wich rules out Inspector Nakamori,"I said.

"Oh, I see. If that's so than that would mean Kid's referring to Hakuba," Nakamori said finally getting it.

"That won't be a problem, I was planning on going no matter what," Saguru said smirking.

Saguru's pov

"But Why would Kid want to see Saguru? We already know Kid see's Hartwood as family so he'll no doubt try to see her," Kogoro asked.

"Perhaps he wants to see . . . Saguru, what exactly are you looking forward to at the show?" I asked.

"Uhm. . .Catching Kid," Saguru said blushing again.

"Really you said you were going no matter what, tell me if I'm wrong but isn't the phrase 'no matter what' used to say whatever happens I'll still be there, say for instance Kid had declined. If you meant what you said then you would still be there. Why did you use that term?" Emly asked.

" I-I-I'm sorry. Did I commit murder?"I answered.

'Could she know, if she does why doesn't she just tell me?'

"Hakuba-cun are you feeling alright? You look flushed," Nakamori said placing his hand on my shoulder.

"Huh, no I'm fine."

"WAIT A MINUTE, do you..." Kogoro began.

"I've got to go spend a penny, be back shortly," Emly said leaving the room.

Mr. Mouri walked closer to me and placed his arm around my shoulder.

"Do you like her?"Kogoro asked jabing his thumb in the direction of the door. 

"Is it that obvious!?!"

"Well, no it's very subtle, I could tell because you act differently around her,"Kogoro said.

"Don't worry Son I'll make sure you'll get your chance,"The billionaire(who's name I never bothered remembering~A) said with a slap to the back.

"Hehe, thanks I guess."

"What's going on?" Nakamori asked clueless. 

Emly came back into the room.

Emly's pov

I walked into the room and saw Saguru with Kogoro by the window, by the looks of it they were talking about something important.

"Did I miss something?" I asked.

"Agh nothing important," Mr mouri said with a chuckle.

I looked at Saguru, his face was red.

"I'm Taking you home Saguru you look fried,"I said dragging him towards the door.

"Okay," he muttered.

Saguru's pov

"You need to stop overworking yourself, you know take a holiday. All this work is getting to your head," she said as soon as we got out of the room.

'a day off? mabie i can'

When we got to the stairs I stoped walking and gantly tugged on Emly's arm. She stoped and looked at me.

"Hey. . .  um would you want to go to Tropical land with me on the saturday after the performance?" I asked.

She looked into my eyes then looked down at the rose that she still held. She blushed, turning the color of cherry blossoms."Yeah, I'll go," she said softly, looking back at me I could see that she meant it.
