"Ready to go?" Taylor asks excitedly.

"Are you sure the weather is okay for a pick nick? It's getting very cloudy outside." I said looking out at the window seeing the sky is getting darker and the wind is picking up more.

You two planned to go out on a walk and maybe have a pick nick at the park but the weather had other plans.

"It is?" Taylor asked and looked out the window as well.

"Oh no." Taylor said and sighed.

"I guess it's a lazy day in the house then." Taylor said as I continued to look out at the window seeing the rain pour harder.

Suddenly I had an idea.

"We can still have our pick nick inside." I said.

"What?" Taylor asked.

"Let's move the future around and put down blankets and pillows on the floor." I said and Taylor smiled.

"That's a great idea!" Taylor said.

We move the furniture and put as many soft blankets and pillows on the ground. Now the living room looks like a big fort. Taylor grabs two paper plates and puts them down on the blankets. I walk into the kitchen to grabs lots of napkins and plastic forks.

Taylor grabs the food from the refrigerator and places them down on the plates.

"This is perfect." Taylor said before taking a bite of her sandwich.

"We should do this more often." I said.

"We should put up Christmas lights! It would look cool in the dark." Taylor said.

"Let's bring out the Christmas decorations after we eat." I said and we continue to talk and eat as we listened to the rain pouring outside.
