《Chapter Two》

"Mom Y'all really do not have to come, we can facetime." I say as I sit in bed with a naked Mac sleeping behind me.

"Nonsense, it's your aunts birthday we need to celebrate together." She says, "I gotta get ready for work but we'll see you in two days." She says before hanging up.

I sit my phone down before letting out a silent scream.

"You good?" Mac asks with amusement clear in his voice.

"Great, I can't talk her out of coming." I state bluntly falling back on the bed.

"Just look on the bright side, they can't stay with us." he says letting his calloused finger drift along my collar bone.

"True." I say covering back up, " can we cuddle before we have to get up in two hours?" I ask with a pout dawning my face.

"Of course." he says before kissing my lips.

I cuddle into him as Mac covers me up, leaving a small kiss on my forehead.

I feel his lips brush against my collar bone as my eyes open.

"Mac." I groan shifting and reaching for the blanket.

"You have to go pick up your mom and aunt from the airport." Mac says quietly causing me to groan.

"Great LAX at 7 in the morning." I say looking at Mac as he stands from the bed.

"If you get up now you can shower and do your makeup." Macs words cause me to groan again before hauling my body out of bed.

I make my way into the bathroom as I twist most my hair into a bun and fastening it with a hair tie. I get to the toilet, quickly pee, slide off my clothes and start the shower before quickly climbing in. I wash my body in record time and quickly climbing out and drying off.

"Addi you have to leave in 20!" Mac shouts causing me to groan..... again.

I quickly get dressed in my usual attire of jeans, t shirt, flannel, combat boots, and of course a piece on my hip. I barely take the time to cover the begs under my eyes from only getting a couple hours of sleep, after we got home from a simple mission, before I run into the kitchen and grabbing two protein bars and a bottle of water.

"Great breakfast." mac says as I shove half the protein bar in my mouth.

"Thanks." I mumble sarcastically as I pull my phone from my back packet and scroll through notifications.

"You guys are loud." Bozer says stumbling into the kitchen.

"His fault." I say pointing to mac as I open my bottle of water.

I chug half the bottle as Mac replies, "Yeah okay." he rolls his eyes with a smile on his face.

"It's true." I say sliding my phone back into my pocket and grabbing my keys, "I'm going, I love y'all."

"Be safe!" Mac shouts as I open the front door.

"Always." I say closing the door and heading to my jeep.

One slightly agonizing drive later I pull into a parking spot at LAX. I pull my phone out and start playing a random game, 5 minutes later a message pops up from my aunt letting me know they're standing outside LAX. I pull out and go to the pick up area of the airport. I park before climbing out and opening the trunk while my mom and aunt make their way over to me.

"Hi baby." my mom throws her bags down as she wraps her arms around me.

I pull away from her death grip, "Hi mom." she releases me with a huge smile on her face.
