        “ I'm taking Reese to her terrible dance classes and you're coming with me. ” Phoebe said as she walked in the house followed by her seven year old little sister.

       “ do you have to be so mean? ” the said little sister asked tilting her head up to get a better look at her sister, Phoebe shrugged ignoring her.

      “ Phoebe! Be nice, you two are sisters. ” Candice said walking in the living room with her purse in hand. Reese uses that as her chance and sticks her tongue out at her older sister, “ sometimes I wish Kiya was my sister, she's way better at it. ”

      “ aww! Thank you Ree. ” Kiya kissed the little girl's head before heading to her room to get dressed, “ and sometimes I wish I was the only child, I'm better at that. ” Phoebe retorted.

    Candice chuckled shaking her head, “ alright! I'll be going you two. Try not to hurt each other. ” Candice waved goodbye as she left the house.

    Kiya walked back in the living room dressed in her sweatpants and sweatshirt, “ mom is gone already? ” she asked.

     “ yeah! She seemed to be in a hurry though, and she was dressed rather fancy. Is your mother seeing anyone? ” Phoebe asked wriggling her eyebrows, Reese laughed at her sister's actions.

    “ your sister really is something else, let's go. ”

   They arrived at the dance studio and Reese goes direct to her dance class, as they sat waiting Kiya spots a girl she had once bumped into. The girl had a big smile on her face as she talked to the person who had his back to Kiya. Kiya felt like she knew the person the girl was talking to, but it was hard to decide since the person wasn't facing her.

     “ are you even listening to me? ” Phoebe suddenly asked bringing Kiya's attention back on her, “ sorry what were you saying? ”

     Phoebe sighed dramatically before speaking up again “ I was telling you how Lucy has been trying to take my spot as the head of the cheer leading squad, that girl really gets on my nerves. She even got Marc to ask her out on a date and she's been rubbing it in my face. ”

      “ but you said you didn't like Marc anymore, so what's wrong if he goes on a date with Lucy? ” Kiya asked.

    “ K! Marc and I dated for almost a year last year, I can't just move on from that. ”

    “ really! But I thought you were ready to jump into a new relationship with Harry the moment you saw him. ” she teased which earned her a glare that managed to shut her up.

   Kiya turned her head to look back in the direction of the girl from earlier and sees her walking out of the building with the man behind her, Kiya gets the chance to give the man a proper look and realized it was Ken.

    “ I'll be right back. ” she said to Phoebe as she got on her feet and ran after Ken and the little girl. Her mother had already told her that he was a wanted man for murderer so the fact that he was walking out of a building with a little girl didn't sit well with Kiya.
