*After Phoenix had convinced Cayde to calm down and sit, which he was now doing with a huge pout on his face, Zavala began to explain the mission at hand. The four of them were to go down to Nessus and meet up with Failsafe,(Cayde groaned at this, making Phoenix giggle) where she would give them their target. They are to eliminate their target and get the hell out of there. After Zavala finished speaking, the four of them got up to leave, but Zavala stopped Jäger as he was passing him*

ZAVALA

Keep an eye on things down there Guardian. This isn't your everyday target, this one needs to be taken out before it becomes too much of a problem.

JÄGER

Copy that Sir. And don't worry, Phe and I will keep him out of trouble. And make sure your new Titan comes back in mostly one piece.*he added jokingly, earning a hard stare and an exasperated sigh from Zavala*

*With that, Jäger joined the others, of whom Brick was stressing over the mission and Phoenix was trying to convince Cayde that the mission won't be that bad. They proceeded to the Hanger to get into their ships and get going to Nessus. When they got there however, Phoenix rushed ahead to talk to Amanda. The two of them had a short quiet conversation, where Amanda looked apologetic, and Phoenix was trying to reassure her of something. When they were finished, Phoenix joined the rest of the group with an annoyed expression.*

PHOENIX

We have a problem... remember that last mission I ran Jäger? The one where I encountered those damn Cabal ships in orbit?

JÄGER

Yeah, you gave them a hell of a time from what I heard. Most of the Tower knows or has at least heard about it.

PHOENIX

*Phoenix laughed at that* Damn straight I did, but they also gave my ship quite a beating before they went down. To the point where apparently,that Amanda says my ship is grounded for a couple days. Hence my predicament. I will either have to tell Zavala I'm stuck in the Tower for now, or one of you is going to need to-

CAYDE

You can ride with me!*Cayde exclaimed excitedly* It'll be fun, just stay out of my ramen stash!*He finished with a wink. Jäger sent Phoenix a look to which she responded with a glare, she then muttered a thank you to Cayde, clearly embarrassed. And with that, they were off to Nessus*

*a few minutes later in orbit around Nessus...*

JÄGER

Alright everyone, we're approaching Nessus. How are you guys holding up?

PHOENIX

Jäger, we literally just left the Tower and flew here. I think we're all fine...

JÄGER

That's not what I meant Phoenix.*he said with a smirk in his voice*

PHOENIX

Well at least you're right about something... now let's get going. *the others heard Cayde say something that they couldn't make out, then he started laughing(cackling) away from the comms, followed by Phoenix letting out a flustered shout away from the comm, SHUSH YOURSELF CAYDE!!!*
