A "Day off" part one

A/N this was written in a sort of Play format so its a little weird sorry

It was a calm day in the tower, which was weird unto itself because it's usually way more hectic with people dropping in and out running missions, Strikes, and Raids alike. Even Zavala and Ikora seemed to be taking it easy, and no one dared to ask where Cayde-6 is, because he could be anywhere if he escaped the Tower, but, the Hunters had a hunch where he might be. This is where our story starts. With two Hunters and a Titan, one of whom was dragging the Titan around the Tower.

PHOENIX

Come on Blueberry! The shop is this way!

*Phoenix was estaticaly running while dragging a very confused Brick by the wrist*

BRICK

Okay, seriously, Where are you two taking mE?!

*he yelped as Phoenix dragged him through the market*

JÄGER

Hahaha, don't struggle man, it'll only hurt more. There's almost no chance of getting her to willingly release her grip if she doesn't want to. When she has a hold of you she has a hold of you.

PHOENIX

Besides, we told you where we're going already! We're going to the best shop in the tower! The Ramen Shop!

*Phoenix squealed happily as she started to move faster, but a sudden jolt stopped her*

BRICK

WAIT WHAT?! *Brick yells as he somehow manages to yank back his hand using the momentum of the jolting stop* So what you're saying is you dragged me all around the bloody Tower, when we could have been doing something ACTUALLY productive, like a Strike, or a Mission, or a Raid, for some stupid NOODLES?!

*By this point his voice had steadily rose to a shout as they stood a little ways away from their destination. Jäger sighed, knowing that Brick had messed up by dissing the noodles in front of Phoenix, and was about to step in to intervene, when he saw a familiar figure step out of the shop towards them. Jäger grinned to himself and decided to watch this play out*

*Phoenix flushed red with anger at the Titan*

PHOENIX

HEY! YOU LITTLE-

*she was interrupted by a familiar voice*

???

Well, i wouldn't call them STUPID! The Spicy Ramen is actually REALLY REALLY good!

*Phoenix whipped around to grin at the person who interrupted her rant before it even started. It was Cayde-6, the beloved Hunter Vanguard. He winked at Jäger, who smirked, knowing what was about to go down in front of him*

CAYDE

After all, the spicy ramen they serve here is easily the BEST in the whole SYSTEM!*he said with an easy chuckle*

JÄGER

Well well well, speak of the devil and he doth appear! Hey Cayde, how've you been? Not blowing anything up today? Or have you left that job to Shaxx today?

*Cayde laughed and was about to respond with one of his signature witty comebacks, but Brick interrupts him before he even got the chance,causing Phoenix to scowl. Cayde and Jäger noticed her scowl and both chuckled at her temper*

BRICK

Ah, Sir! Forgive the intrusion, but i was just trying to explain to my fellow guardians that-*Cayde cuts him off*

CAYDE

Yeah yeah yeah I heard, and let me just say that you've CLEARLY never had the ramen here. *he said chuckling, then he frowned* And don't call me Sir, makes me feel like Zavala. *he said shuddering, making Phoenix and Jäger to snicker as Brick stares in complete shock*

NOW! *he exclaimed suddenly with a happy tone, clapping his hands together and startling Brick* How about we go get some food, your treat! *he exclaimed excitedly, slinging his arm across Brick's shoulders, steering the poor Titan into the shop as the other two Hunters ran after them laughing*
