I sat there on the bench in the park
"Hey, kid." A hobo looking guy said
"Yeah?"
"What are you doing out here? It's 4 am dammit."
"To get away."
"From what, might I ask?" He said and sat next to me
"People. Family. Society. School." I list, which worries him but I could care less at this point.
I don't feel like trying to understand people right now.
"What's wrong with those things?" He asked
"Don't wanna tell you."
"If it's abuse, please do. I'm a hero, by the way. Eraserhead."
"Hello. Izuku Midoriya."
I don't bother to fanboy about him being my favorite hero.
"Well nice talking with you, eraserhead but I gatta get home before I get my ass beat" I say waving
"Are you serious?"
"Yeah? Isn't that, like, normal?"
"That's just sad, kid. What are they doing to you there?"
"I don't know anymore"
"Well, uh, run me through a day at your place."
"Okay. I get up, get ready for school, help Eri get ready for school, once schools over Kacchan stops me to... tease me. And then my dad does things to me because I was protecting Eri and then I do what I want at night since I run off of caffeine and my unlimited supply of energy!" I explain, stumbling at the parts that are too personal for me to share, right now.
"You're coming with me.. do you even eat?"
"Sometimes!"
"Oh my god."
(At the police station)
"Okay so, we can press charges but we have to schedule a court date. We'll have to send him to a foster home or orphanage him and his sister would also be separated." A police officer informs Eraserhead
"Isn't there any other options?" Hobo man asks
"You could adopt them." He responds
"You don't want to do that." I note
"Why not?"
"I'm a quirkless bastard"
He takes a deep breath.
"You're not a bastard. We're gonna have to work on your confidence."
"One second" Shota followed his previous statement with and walked out
(3rd person)
Aizawa called his loud best friend who was at his house
"'Zashi, come to the police station right now."
"Why?"
"Just come on!"
A few minutes later Aizawa was trying to treat the wounds and Hizashi busts in
"Shota, what is it?" He asked, obviously panicked.
Aizawa pointed to the boy.
"Hello" Izuku greets
"Hi, little listener, what happened?"
"My family happened." He responds bluntly
"Hizashi, I want to adopt him and his sister." Aizawa says
"Holy shit, you can care about people?!" He half-yells
"Shut up, Zashi!" He says, flustered
(Izuku's POV)
"Okay, if you want to adopt them here's the papers, sign them and here's the papers to change their last name to Aizawa"
This whole thing is happening and I'm over here like
'wtf is happening'
'he's finna regret this'
'good luck, eraser.'
Hold up is that his boyfriend? Oh hell yeah! This is gonna be great if he's as gay as me
"Problem child, sign these." He said and handed me a few sheets of paper.
I sign them
"Let's get your sister." He said and we head to my house
"Eri..? Wake up!" I shake here awake once I snuck in through the window to our room
She didn't get up so I carried her out.
"Here she is. Eri." I say and smile down at her.
She wakes up, eyes fluttering.
"Hey, girly" I use my nickname for her and gently comb her hair with my fingers
"Two heros are here to save us.. So let's go!" I whisper.
"Really? Is it Present Mic?!" She asks. Present Mic is her favorite hero
"Yes~ and Eraserhead" I inform
"Yay!" She softly celebrates.
We went back to the pro heros and I set the little girl down.
"Present Mic?!" She freaked out
"You're her favorite hero!" I chuckle as she runs to the blond man and fangirls
I ruffle her hair and grab her hand. We start to go back to the police station.
Eri is nervous around police stations because the last time we were there, our aunt had just died in a car accident.
I hug her as she shakes and we sit down, I sat her on my lap. She eventually falls asleep.
Once all the papers were signed I carried Eri to Eraserhead's car
(Once we get to the house)
"Bye" he groans and waves at Mic
"Bye, Shota!" He exclaims and goes to his house
"Oh I thought that was your boyfriend!" I laugh and see him get flustered
That earned me a hit to the back of my head
"Don't wake her up!" I say a bit annoyed
"Sorry" he said defensively
"Well, come on. You'll sleep in the guest room." He leads me to a cosy room.
I lay Eri down once he left and went to sleep.
