Kelsey
I stood behind the counter of the coffee shop I worked at, serving people just like every other day. As the same boring customers walked through, mostly people on their way to work, I was counting the hours till I could go home.

I was checking my phone when 2 guys walked up to the counter. They didn't look like the usual people who came here, and I'd never seen them before. One had spikey dark brown hair and a tattoo sleeve, and the other was tall with long brown hair and lots of tattoos.

The spikey haired one looked up at me and we stared at eachother for a few seconds.
"Hi how may I help you?" I asked, trying not to act weird and embarrass myself.
"Um...can we, uh....have 2 large coffees please?" He asked looking just as embarrassed as I was. The tall one smirked at him.

"Sure no problem" I said and started making the coffees. They paid for the drinks and then left. I spent the rest of the day hoping they would come back, but they never did. I don't know why this guy was affecting me so much, I didn't even know his name.

All I knew was that I had somehow developed a crush on a complete stranger, and I didn't know what to do about it.

As soon as I got home, I called up the only person who would know what to do, my sister Dayna.
"Kels are you serious? You don't even know his name!" She said after I told her.
"I know it's weird but it's how I feel" I sighed.

"Give it a day or two and you'll be over it. it's not like you'll see him again" she said.
"I guess" I said and hung up.

I tried to sleep that night but all I could think about was him. I didn't even know him, but it made me sad to think I would probably never see him again.
