CHAPTER 7 THRU THE YEARS

It's been almost 6 years , since Lisa left Korea everything change , she became more strong and more bolder , she also have new circle of friends , remember Seulgi ? she met Seulgi In med school in Harvard and the same with Rose' and Jungyeon they all came from Korea and they decided to settle in United states just to achieve their dreams

they finish their college and have their degree , made up to med school and they finish and passed the board exam , they are now a registered license doctors and now they are working at the same hospital , they always got their friends back , so Lisa didn't felt the loneliness and hurt that Jennie brought at her heart . but still whenever she receive a call with Bambam , Her heart stated to hurt again

Knowing Jennie is happy with Bambam already , Bambam on the other hand is a lawyer now working with Jennie and He ask Lisa's permission on courting Jennie , Lisa can't say no because she don't want to hurt her brother and the other reason is he make her happy . Lisa is not on the place to say no because she left her , without even saying a proper goodbyes

Jennie at the other picture , became a successful lawyer , owning the law firm that her parents build for decades . she is the most Popular lawyer in town now because of her beauty and charms but also her skills in debating and winning every case that she handles . later as years past by the firm grew having her friends with her joining the firm , Jisoo and Irene became lawyers and the rest of her friends became an idol , while they met Nayeon along their way at attending law school

Jennie is aware that Bambam Likes her , and always care for her but she can't reciprocate the love that he gave . Even though years already past by her feelings still reserve for Lisa , no one made her felt the way Lisa made her feel thru those years

Jennie

"Yah Jennie it's been years ... aren't you not yet ready to let her go and give chance to Bambam ?... i mean since Lisa left he stayed at your side Jennie and we all can see how kind and protective he is " Jisoo said while we are all at the court waiting for the judge and also for Bambam's case to start

"You know that i made the mistake at the past , they reason why she left and i broke her ... i will be selfish if i didn't made up with our promise ... and i don't know yeah he stayed at my side but i don't feel anything for him " i explain at her and soon as i finished talking Bambam went at me

"Hey ... let's have dinner after this ?" he mutter and i felt Jisoo elbowed me

"Uhm sure ... I'm sure you can win this case " i cheer him up and he smile and nodded at me

We all stood up as soon as the judge came in and they started opening the case

I haven't heard from Lisa since she left , i tried to ask Bambam but he always change the topic when it comes to Lisa , I feel sorry for Bambam because he's been kind to me and stayed at my side he became a shoulder to lean on when i need someone

he made me recover from the sudden guilt that i felt for hurting Lisa , he always cheer me up and telling me the right time will come for the both of us . But am i being selfish for not giving chance to other ? what can i do ? I'm a dumb ass bitch for letting her go and for hurting her

Lisa

"Yow , Lisa ... what's up let's go party tonight?" Jungyeon said patting my back

"Hey ... you should definitely get a life and stop reading those books come on we're already doctors and surgeons we don't need that shit anymore" Seulgi said and they all agreed

"I'm the heirs of a company as well as two hospitals and It's not a fucking joke to handle that huge shit ... Jungyeon is a urology , while you Seulgi is a surgeon , And Rose' is a neurologist so it will be just fine for you to handle your job well but me ? i'm a freaking cardiologist and surgeon at the same time the owner of a multi billionaire company i always run this fucking hospital and I'm a head chief of the cardiologist team now how am i suppose to chill if this job stressing me out?" i half yelled at them and they just giggles

"Come on ... the best doctor in town having trouble doing her job? No freaking way ... all we wanted to say is you should unwind that stress and stop pushing your self and stressing out "

"I can't Rose' , i need to went back as soon as i can in South Korea ... My dad is getting old now and he need me to take action and take care with our hospital , by the way may i ask are you guys coming with me and do you want to apply at the hospital too ? ... i mean i can't left you here " I ask them and their eyes went on me

"Yeah you dumb ass , we won't let you alone there ... so we need to resign as well? and settle new application ?" Rose' ask and i nodded at her

"Yeah , and you should write a resignation later until this week ... i already have mine i'm leaving at the end of the month and if you're coming just let me know" i said and they wink at me

we've been friends for almost 6 years now , that's why they know me very well , i can't hide anything from them

" Wait let me ask you , are the both of you are ready to face the person you left behind?" Jungyeon ask pertaining to me and Seulgi

"I never came back for her , besides i know she already forgot about me " i utter as i went back reading the book

"I know Irene won't forget our promise , and i will make it up to her when we went back ... I really miss her it's been 7 years " Seulgi tone became low

"Whatever happens we got the back of you two and we should start working now or else , Dra. Mendel will kick our ass before we resign " Rose' said and they return on their office

but who am i fooling with ? my self? .I know that's not the real reason why i came back i left something behind i need to fix things before it turns to late to be fix

But i'm still holding those grudges from the past , i got hurt and i have my reason to have my revenge but i'm being too much if i did it because i left her alone without saying goodbye .

I can't lie to my self i told them that i'm already over her , and i can't forgive my self if Bambam already became her boyfriend before i can fix things up

Days past by and we started packing our things up , and now we are ready to be back at the track

" i Hope i can still fix things and i just hope i'm not too late for it " i though to my self as i fix my luggage waiting for our cab , we take different cab because we can't fit in just one cab because of our huge luggage

as we reach the boarding line i felt that my heart is so heavy the same way that i felt before i left Korea

"Hey ... are you okay? come on you got this You're Lalisa Manoban the though guy remember ? " Rose' said as she reach for my hands

"Thanks for having my back always " i said while the two jerks are walking in the front of us

"Get your ass up , we need to hurry" Seulgi excitedly said and we walk in with them

I'm sorry Jennie , For coming back thru the years past by

What if i'm already too late?. Well then i'm fucked up nice try Lisa if you fail again

a lot of thoughts are running thru my head and all though they are talking with something my mind is in trance the whole time we are at the plane

"Hey Lalisa, are you Listening?... we said if you're going to Live with us ? Seulgi already found a place for us and it's Pretty huge " Jungyeon ask and i just nod as i went back in my self

"What ? ... yeah i will move in with you guys ... we're working at the same place then so why not? " i said still not in my state of mind

"Okay then everything is settled " Seulgi said with a big smile plastered at her face

What the fuck is with her ? whats with that smile ?

"I don't like your smile Seulgi . you're like a maniac if anything came up i will smack your head " i warn her and they all giggles

Here i come Korea , better be good to me or else i'm coming back in New York if shit happens
