"Alright let's go..." Tyler says with a worried face. "Yeah....ready?" Riley asks all of them. "Ready" Tyler, Aedan, and Francesco say simultaneously. They climb down the long, rusted ladder leading further into the terrifying darkness. First Tyler, then Riley, then Francesco, and then Aedan. The ladder was the hardest going down that tunnel. The ladder was shaped jagged and angled in weird positions.
"Hey Aedan can you make a light so we can see...its kinda scary in here...and uncomfortable." Riley complains with a quiet voice.
"I guess I can try...but my energy is kinda worn out from that water transportation and frost spell." He says while huffing puffing. Aedan tries to make a bright light but fails miseribly, since most of his energy is being used to not fall off the strange ladder.
"Sorry, I don't have enough energy..." Aedan sadly says. Riley sighs but doesn't say anything.
"Hey Aedan I have a question..." Tyer askes.
"What is it?" Aedan curiously replies.
"THE HECK IS MAGIC GOOD FOR IF YOU GET SO TIRED USING IT?!" Tyler exclaims.
"Uhhhh....Don't know if you know this, but magic can make light out of thin air, make people teleport, transform into different beings, and much more, also I'm a human being who uses that, so using logic, yeah, I would be PRETTY tired!" Aedan sarcastically replies.
"...I hate you..." Tyler whispers.
"I hate you too." Aedan replies immediately.
"Can you two stop fighting please!" Francesco and Riley moan.
After going down the ladder for a minute or two, the air got wet and humid. The ladder was getting wet with what seemed like water.
"This ladder is getting harder to climb... It's very slippery, so be careful." Riley said as she tried to keep her balance.
"Yeah" Tyler agreed "Why is this stupid ladder so long anyway?".
"Hmmmm...well lets see, There is a shapeshifting demon clown trying to kill us...he lives in the sewers...we went in the door he always came in...and this is probably where it lives....Well gee, I don't know!" Aedan replied sarcastically.
"Hey Aedan, do us all a favor AND SHUT THE H-" Tyler was about to complain but didn't realize his grip was loose. "Oops!" Tyler screamed as he slipped off the ladder knocking everybody down.
"AHHHHHHHHHH" They all screamed.
"ISPOUT YAMZI!" Aedan yelled throwing his hand down into the darkness. Suddenly a big rumble cam from below. "YEHLI!" Aedan Yelled still pointing into the darkness. Before they knew it water was slowing them down so they wouldn't go SPLAT. They were about 5 yards above the ground before the water disappeared. "HAWULA" Aedan Finally screamed as they all started to float right above the ground. They all landed on their feet as they levitation spell wore off.
"Phew..." they all sighed.
"Wait...you said you didn't have enough energy to use magic!" Riley angrily said, thinking that Aedan just wanted to see everyone suffer.
"I didn't until SOMEONE knocked me down scaring me creating more energy." Aedan sarcastically said, rolling his eyes. All of the eyes went onto Tyler in aggravation.
"Well...I guess it helped since it got us down quicker." Riley said trying to keep the mood positive.
"Eh...still, try to be more careful next time. We almost died. Not literally." Aedan said, taking a breath.
