"YOU SEE THAT?" LIA WHISPERED OVER TO THE MANDALORIAN as the pair made their way down the dicey streets of Nevarro. The Child was sleeping now, wrapped tightly in that tattered shawl within the safety of it's saviour's arms. Mando nodded and brought the creature closer to his chest. Though the night had granted the fugitives with just enough darkness to be as inconspicuous as a Mandalorian with friends could possibly be, it also did well to hide their enemies. However, apparently not well enough.
"Just keep walking," Mando whispered back.
They did just that, growing alarmingly aware of the bounty hunters stalking close behind. And the ones that followed them from the rooftops. And the ones that lurked in the shadows beside them. And the ones that stepped out a dozen yards in front of them, their guns aimed at their heads.
