Y/n is sitting in a seat next to Urararaka when Todoroki does some speech about how he's gonna beat Midoriya, and then we entered into the stadium.

Bakugou went up to do a student pledge, which y/n completely forgot about. He went up onto the stage with a blank face and y/n had a bad feeling.

"don't do anything stupid bakugou"

Ignoring that, he went on "I just wanna say, I'm gonna win."

"what the hell bakugou"

"Not my fault you all are just stepping stones to my victory, also l/n please get out of my head."

"whoops sorry"

"WITHOUT FURTHER ADO LETS GET STARTED... OBSTACLE RACE... BEGIN"

Instantly, everyone started running when Todoroki froze the ground, y/n was expecting that after watching him during classes so she made sure she kept her feet on the ground to a minimum and threw herself through the gate with her telekineses.

Everyone was struggling on the ice, y/n used her quirk to simply push her around the ice lightly when the robots from the entrance exam showed up. Todoroki froze them and they collapsed, y/n moved them out of her way with a mix dodging and throwing them to the side with her quirk before stuff reached her, she managed to get through and was in 5th place, but the "the fall" came, y/n got knocked behind a little, as there was not a super-easy way to use her quirk in this obstacle, but she got through it in 9th, just to get to a minefield.

a fucking minefield

Y/n was going through it as she was thinking of a plan, and noticed bakugou and todoroki fighting. idiots this isn't the time. Halfway through the minefield, Midoriya was way ahead, along with bakugou and todoroki, who ended up icing the rest of the way, which y/n took advantage of and threw herself towards with her quirk and used it to push herself across the ice without falling over, catching herself every once in a while. This resulted in her getting 4th place, after Bakugou.

After announcing and explaining the cavalry battle people got to picking teams, y/n looked around and spotted a certain purple-haired boy who she needed to catch up with.

"Hey shinsou! Wanna team up?"

"uH- oh its you, what's your quirk again?"

"really strong telekinesis and telepathy, I could just take the headbands off and bring them too us without even needing to be close"

"you know what, yeah."

So I'm not gonna explain the cavalry battle because no matter how many times I watch it or read it I'm still confused, so let's just say y/n and shinsou are a good team and ended up in the place shinsou was in the anime.

"Shinsou-chan I'd say we make a good team if I do say so myself!" y/n was all bubbly and happy after they advanced to the next round.

"I guess, you're not as bad as the rest of your class- and where did the nickname come from?"

"Take it or leave, anyways Im gonna go get lunch, bye."

Y/n went to go find Bakugou to have lunch since she had no clue where anybody else had gone.
