Katsuki had finished making the two their food and places yakisoba in front of y/n.

"thankyou katsuki"

"its nothing," he replied to her, looking to the side, "were gonna need to start training again if we want those license"

"katsuki I'm thinking about dropping out of the hero course," y/n said suddenly.

"what the hell are you talking about?"

"its just that I've been doing more harm then good... I feel like the entire amino incident and you and I getting kidnapped all happened because of me..."

"y/n, how many times do people have to tell you, it wasnt your fault that you knew toga in your middle school years"

"yeah but it was because I saw her as a big sister that you got hurt, and everyone else in the cross fire as well... and all might too" she said, getting quiet. She sighed, "the main reason I wanted to become a hero was because of Himiko, I wanted to be the hero to the outcasts that our heroes didnt bother to help, but now that shes a villain, I dont know what to do, because that just means that the heroes were right..."

"y/n, you have a big heart, and that's you're greatest strength-"

"katsuki it-"

"but it's also you're greatest weakness. you care about everyone too much, learn to control that and you'll find a reason to be a hero. The world needs someone like you keeping them safe," he said, cutting her off.

Y/n just sighed and looked out the window into the dark sky, "I just don't feel like I'll be good enough..."

"Dont say that, if you weren't good enough I wouldnt have fallen in love with you," he said, gently nudging her chin so she would look him in the eyes.

"I love you too you silly tsundere," y/n said, quickly kissing him and smiling to herself.

"I'm not a tsundere," he grumbled, "and eat your food, you havent even touched it yet and its gonna get cold."

Y/n looked down at her cup of yakisoba and sighed, "I didnt even realize I hadn't eaten it yet," the entire time she had just been moving her chopsticks around the cup, picking at it as if she would eat it.

Y/n ate her food and so did Bakugou, the two sat in a comfortable silence, when y/n noticed the time.

"dude it's way past your 8:32 bedtime," she giggled, realizing it was 9:45, and they had to be in their rooms in 15 minutes.

"ughh, so that's why I was so tired, he complained, tossing his trash into the trashcan before turning to y/n, "I think I'm gonna go to sleep now."

"yeah that's probably a good idea huh, dont want you all grumpy in the morning," y/n said.

"I'm not that bad in the morning," he mumbled, "but goodnight," he said, pecking her on the cheek before heading off towards the elevator.

Y/n chucked her trash into the can and turned to one of the cabinets labeled pharmaceuticals. She opened it and ~voila~, found the melatonin gummies, she ate four of them and began to head towards her room.

Laying down wrapped in her blankets, y/n turned her body to face the balcony window, she watched as the clowds slowly moved, waiting to fall asleep, which wouldn't happen, even with the melatonin.

Y/n laid there for a bit longer, suddenly having a bad feeling about something, she found herself sneaking out of her room and heading towards katsukis.
