Ship: BakuSero

Bakugo POV

Bakugo had always detested the idea of having a soulmate. But when he had turned 10, and the text on his wrist appeared, he changed his mind.
The wording wasn't helpful, just a simple 'hey' written on his wrist. He didn't want to be the person who would just say, 'hey' right back to his own soulmate, so he'd always say something rude or unique just in case.
For six years he kept that up, doing nothing but coming up with odd things to say just in case he ran into his soulmate. But by sixteen, he gave up on doing that.

Once he had been accepted into U.A, he focused on nothing but being a hero.
The first week, he only talked to three people. That being Deku, Iida and Kirishima. The first two not really being by choice.

"Hey, Baku-bro! C'mer I wanna introduce you to someone!" A voice called.
Bakugo glanced over towards the source, seeing his spiky haired friend. "Ugh, who is it Kirishima?" He grunted.
Kirishima pulled a tall boy over towards Bakugo.
The boy had black hair, and was easily about 5'9. He was pretty pale, paler than Bakugo. He had bags under his eyes and a huge smile on his face. He was pretty plain looking in all honesty.
Bakugo looked up at him, a brow raised.
Kirishima smiled. "This is Sero," he said, knowing his blonde friend wouldn't really remember since he didn't care about 'extras'.
Sero raised his hand up a bit, waving. "Hey."
Bakugo scoffed, "sup, flat face." He grunted.
Sero flinched and reached down, clutching his right wrist for a moment.
Kirishima frowned. "Bakugo, that's rude." He scolded.
Bakugo rolled his eyes. "Okay, dad." He grunted sarcastically.
Kirishima and Bakugo began a small back and forth banter, causing Sero to laugh at it. This continued for a good ten minutes before Aizawa told them to leave for the day.

Bakugo sighed as he walked down the hall, his hands in his pockets.
He kept walking, until he felt a hand on his shoulder. He flinched and spun around, not expecting to see the tall male from earlier.
Sero smiled awkwardly. "Hey, um.."
Bakugo raised a brow, "uh, hey." He glanced away uncomfortably. "What do you need, extra?" He grunted.
Sero sighed. "This is weird..and like, super gay, but like," he started to stutter out, his face growing hot. "Just, uh, just look." He said, pulling his sleeve up.
Bakugo looked down at the other male's wrist as it was thrusted towards him. He stared down at the writing for a long time.
It said a simple, 'sup, flat face'
Bakugo felt his stomach turn. Happiness, anxiety and a mixture of other feelings churned in his gut, making his face redden.
Sero gulped. "I uh..." he started, but was cut off.
"Damn it...out of all the ways to meet your soulmate, it had to be in normal conversation." He said, starting to feel rather embarrassed when he realized he had ignored Sero for almost the entirety of their encounter.
Sero shrugged it off, "it's...it's whatever. Honestly." He laughed.
Bakugo sighed, "this is a lot more awkward than I thought it would be." He admitted, receiving a nod from Sero.
"It honestly is, I thought meeting your soulmate would be all cheesy, romantic and shit, but that's probably just my inner homo or something." He laughed.
Bakugo let out a small chuckle at that, his smile being rather wide. "You're funny, soy sauce." He said.
Sero scoffed, "so that's what we're calling me, huh, blondie?"
Bakugo grinned. "That was pretty unoriginal, soy sauce." He said, challengingly.
Sero grinned. "So, uh...since we don't really know each other well enough, wanna...head somewhere and get to know each other?" He asked.
Bakugo smirked. "Aw, you askin' me out on a date, soy sauce?" He cooed.
Sero rolled his eyes with a grin, "I guess so, blondie." He replied.
Bakugo grinned and took out a pen from his bag, then forcefully grabbed Sero's hand. He pulled it up and scribbled his number down on his palm. "Text me, we can meet up in an hour." He stated gruffly.
Sero smiled widely and nodded, "alright."

Sero POV

Sero stood on the train platform, staring down at the tracks below. A million thoughts ran through his head, causing him to become anxious.
All he could think about was Bakugo, the blonde male having filled his mind for the past hour. It flustered him, the fact that another male was filling his thoughts. But he didn't care, he always knew it would be a boy, and he accepted that. He knew his mother would aswell, so he didn't worry about that.
He was pulled from his thoughts as the train approached. It skirted to a stop and the doors opened, a crowd of people rushing out.
Sero stood there, unmoving. He had his eyes out for Bakugo. After a few moments he spotted the blonde male coming his way, a smug grin on his face.
"Hey soy sauce," he greeted.
Bakugo was dressed nicely, in a band t-shirt and flannel. He had black jeans and some pretty expensive looking shoes on. It made Sero feel incredibly underdressed, since he wore a sweatshirt and pair of jeans, along with a pair of converse that he had beaten up pretty well.
He was snapped out of his thoughts once more by Bakugo, who had grabbed his hand. "Come on, soy sauce. The mall closes in four hours." He said, starting to walk.
Sero followed quickly, his face heating up.

It took them about half an hour to get to the mall, and another thirty minutes to find the entrance. So they only had 3 hours to do anything.
Bakugo had suggested to go and get something to eat, and Sero didn't argue, so that's what they did.
Sero glanced around the food court, "huh...what should we-" he was cut off by Bakugo grabbing his hand and dragging him off into a random direction.
"Come on soy sauce, we're getting Soba." He stated, to which Sero nodded in agreement.

"o-okay!" Sero was able to squeak out as he was practically dragged halfway across the food court.

They both ordered their desired soba, Bakugo getting a particularly spicy kind, then took it to an empty table and sat.

"So, Bakugo-" Sero started.

"Call me Katsuki," Bakugo grunted before taking a bite of soba.

Sero nodded, "right...Katsuki," Sero started again. "let's get to know each other,"
