Keli's POV

"So, you have a pet store," I said as me and Trevor walked to the back of the store to the animals. "But you don't have a church?" Trevor laughed.

"They might take this place out sometime and put in a church. I don't know, I heard it a the store." I giggled.

"It's weird," Trevor reached down and picked up a kitten. "We don't have a church but we have a pet store and a bar." I laughed.

"Seems like people in this town like to drink."

"Oh, gosh. You don't know half of it. One night I swear, it looked like there were zombies going down the street."

"Drunk apocalypse." We laughed.

"Why are you just deciding to get a cat?" Trevor asked. I picked a white kitten and petted him. He purred, I smiled at him.

"Cause I need a friend." I laughed. Trevor rolled his eyes.

"What am I than?"

"Your a random guy who's following me around." I laughed. He rolled his eyes.

I held onto the kitten and walked down the rows to the cat stuff.

"Will you help me carry some stuff?" I asked Trevor. He smiled as I put a little cat bed in his arms.

After we got everything and checked out. I stuffed everything into the back seat. I set the kitten carrier in Trevor's lap.

"Anymore weird errands?" Trevor smirked. I rolled my eyes and pulled out of the parking lot and towards my house.

I set everything down in a pile on the living room floor. Trevor carried in the cat carrier and set it on the couch.

"When's our shift start?" I asked Trevor.

"It starts at ten. Ten to five." He replied. I smiled and opened the cat cage, the white kitten waddled out.

"What are you going to name him?" Trevor asked. I shrugged.

"I don't know yet."

"He looks like a Steven." I laughed. I pulled my phone out of my pocket and checked the time.

"It's almost four." I said. Trevor nodded.

"I'll be needed to get home." He said, getting up. I got up with him and walked over to the door.

"Do you need a ride home?" He shook his head.

"I just live right down the street." He chuckled.

"Bye, Keli. I'll see you later." Trevor said, walking down the steps.

"Bye Trevor." And with that I shut the door.
