i want a grocery store love,
cunning designs and carefully planned,
walk into my life with intent with reason,
walk into my life and see theres so much more than what you thought you wanted,
let the scents and the colours trigger new desires,
scratch your list for today theres no expenses,

i want a grocery store love,
lackluster and spontaneous beginnings,
strangers of day,
strangers with pasts full of dismay,
we dont even know what we want,
but you look pretty good so ill fill the basket anyway,

and my world has been rocked with tied tongues and i wont ever ask for help,
this stores brand new open and i cant stop myself,
maybe if i go too often,
ill find somebody who sees the same,
maybe if i walk in too often,
we'll ride out two friends in a train,

you're everything i find attractive and im anything too hectic,
you like to shop with a budget i want to feel like i've robbed it,
we may never go together but id skip the self checkout to get to know you better.
