I could hear Pastor Galswells shouting, "BE GONE YOU DEMONS FROM HELL! BACK TO THE VOID FROM WHERE YOU CAME! YOU SHALL NOT ENTER!" Victoria and I followed the crowd into the church. I overheard a corpse mention a wedding. "Hm. I wonder who's it is?" Victoria whispered. I didn't know either, until I saw Victor's corpse bride walk down the isle. I gasped and showed Victoria. We hid behind a pillar. "Dearly beloved and departed, we are gathered here today to join this man, and this corpse in marriage. Victor raised his hand. "With this hand, I will lift your sorrows," he picked up the cup. "Your cup will never empty, for I will be your wine."  "Now you." the dead preacher said to the bride. "With this hand I will lift your sorrows. Your cup will never be empty," she grabbed the wine and poured it into his cup"For I will be-" she looked at me and Victoria and gasped. She kept looking at us."For I will be," she paused Victor finished for her."For I will be your wine." Victor raised it to his lips, and she stopped him. "I can't." she said "What's wrong Emily?" he asked puzzled. "This is wrong." she said as she held his chin in her hands. "When I was a bride, someone stole my dreams. Well now, I have taken them from somebody else." she gestured to Victoria. I stepped beside and told Victoria to go to him. She went to him and Emily put their hands together. Victor looked at me and I gave him a small smile. Suddenly I heard a booming voice. "Oh, I always cry at weddings." Lord Barkis snickered. I narrowed my eyes at him "What are you doing here?" I challenged. He ignored me. "Our two lovers together at last!" he sneered. He walked over to us. "Now they can live happily ever after!" he said stepping towards us. "There is one small detail you forget," he grabbed Victoria. "SHE'S STILL MY WIFE! I AM NOT LEAVING WITH NOTHING !" He raged. Emily gasped. "Barkis, it's you." he gasped."Emily? But I left you!" she looked at him square in the eyes. "For dead." Barkis grabbed a sword from the dead general, and raised it to my sister's neck. "That's all in the past, we will be leaving now!" I clenched my fist while walking towards them. "Get. Your. Hands. Off. Her.Now." I hissed. He scoffed. "And what are you gonna do? Call for mommy?" I was about to let him have it, when Victor stopped me. "Let her go Barkis." he said walking to them. "Will I have to kill you too?"he said raising the sword towards him. A skeleton dog bit his leg, and he let go of Victoria. She ran to us. A corpse chef yelled to Victor. "Catch!" a fork flew over to him. He grabbed it. "A fork?" he asked exasperated. The chef shrugged. Then they fought. Almost knocking over a table, then Victor poked Barkis and ran. Barkis caught up to him."This the best you got?" Barkis hissed. Victor scraped him with the fork. He swiped Victor's fork and kicked him to the ground. I quickly grabbed a 8 inch knife from the dead chef's husband. Barkis bared down on Victor, then I ran and almost plunged it into his back, then he spun around. Emily, Victor and Victoria gasped. "Touché My dear." he smirked. Our weapons clanging. I ran and he pushed me down. I was distraught as he loomed menacly over me, then with a swift flick of his sword, he cut my arm. I yelped then kicked his face and jumped up. He staggered backwards and a corpse tripped him. He fell down with a shriek, and his sword skidded across the room. I walked towards him. "Oh, how the turns have tabled." I said. I jolted the knife into his body and the whole church gasped as he screamed in agony. Blood gushed out of him like a waterfall. He writhed and screamed then staggered up wards and fell. The blood started to pool around him as I dropped the knife, and ran to Victor. He clutched me tightly. Suddenly Lord Barkis shot up gasping and whimpering "I'm d-dead!" sure enough, he was. He was blue, and the knife was stuck in his body. The dead bared up on him angrily and he staggered backwards, then they pulled him outside. The door slammed shut. I hugged Victor tightly as Emily walked away. I stopped her and gave her a hug. "Thank you Emily." she smiled. "you set me free." she said as she handed me her ring then kept walking. I held on to Victor as we all watched her disapear into the land of the dead once more. Victor pulled me closer.
