Personality: Sasha is quiet and likes to keep to herself. She's shy but very caring and kind. She gets attached to people quickly but she is afraid that people will leave her or betray her so sometimes she will actually find it hard to trust people. She can be funny and sarcastic and she always appears to be happy. While she is around people she will look like the happiest person in the room, but alone she is far from it. She is depressed and has a little anxiety. She suffers from PTSD and nightmares at times too. Doctor Strange and The Ancient one are the only two who know of the troubles she faces. She hates the attention it brings and never likes to talk about her problems. Once she's comfortable and trusts you, she will be funny and sarcastic and a little more confident than usual.
Powers/ abilities: Is a master at the Mystic Arts, hand to hand combat
Likes: Reading, magic, fighting, training, Doctor Strange, occasional solitude (depending on her mood of the day), nature, the outdoors, going for walks, animals, drawing happy things.
Dislikes: Kaecilius, betrayal, being stuck inside all the time, being idle and having nothing to do.
Brief Backstory: Sasha had gotten into a accident when she was a child, resulting in her being paralysed from the waist down. Sasha got her injuries when a drunk driver smashed into her classroom wall at the age of eight, causing multiple casualties and even one death of a little girl called Hayley who was actually Sasha's best friend at the time.
Sasha was sat next to Hayley when the accident occurred. She sustained the most serious injuries of the group and Hayley was pronounced dead at the scene. Sasha was rushed to hospital, as were many others, and straight into surgery to do as much as they could to save her and her broken lower spine.
After her surgery and a few months of physical therapy, Sasha was traumatized by her experience. Her personality changed from the sweet bubbly happy little girl to a quiet, scared and traumatised girl that she is today. Near the beginning, she flinched at almost everything. Flashbacks and visions would appear and she would have a reoccurring nightmare of the incident.
It took a few years before Sasha decided to just give up in her hopes of getting better. Her parents were students of Kamar-Taj, which is where the two met. They begged the Ancient One to help their daughter in finding a way to help her recover, to be able to walk and hopefully be more mentally stable. But the Ancient One refused to teach the child at such a young age, fearing it would be too much for the young mind.
Finally at sixteen years old, eight years after being stuck in a wheelchair, Sasha was allowed to start her training in the Mystic Arts. To begin with she had little faith of this ever succeeding, but when a man with similar injuries to hers came in paralysed and left walking a free man her hope changed and she was determined for it to work.
It took two years of constant training and studying before she could finally walk again. Sasha could hardly believe it but could never thank the Ancient One enough for all her help. She did everything she was told to and despite it taking longer than predicted, it all payed off. But just like the man before her, she uses magic to help her walk. Without it she's still paralysed.
Sasha continued her studies in the magic that Kamar-Taj provided and taught. After all her years of training, it made her one of the strongest sorcerers to date. Until Kaecilius turned up on the Ancient One's doorstep asking and seeking for guidance. He had a natural flare for the Mystic Arts, but his betrayal caused too many casualties for Sasha to handle.
When he first came, Kaecilius and Sahsa were friends. But once he took part in murdering both her parents, Sasha vowed she would take her revenge. She assisted Doctor Strange in taking the man down, growing a small attachment to Stephen as they worked together. They became friends almost instantly and Stephen took her under his wing, naming himself as her legal guardian because she had no one else.
Talents: Mystic Arts (magic), singing but as a hobby and not often, drawing
Flaws: She has been known to get Clingy because she's afraid of losing people like she did her family, but also trust issues if she feels a certain vibe coming from someone (She's complicated), she will be very afraid to go in cars so she is hard to take places and travel.
Fears: Thunder, the dark, heights, cars
Other: Has a cat (Turkish Angora) called Forrest who is very selective on people he likes. He's a bit of an arse
