La da daa...oh. Your still here? Well, congratulations on making it through the the first chapter!

*party favors go off*

If you've come here then you're probably expecting more. sigh* I guess I better get started then...

Now, I have a question for you: are you familiar with The Nest? All through the first chapter, we have been talking about The Maw, but what about The Nest? It may seem random now, but trust me, it is important for our story later on.

So here we are: The Nest

Beautiful isn't it? The whole landmass is on a towering rock. And look at the size of that mansion! Speaking of the mansion, let's take a look on what's inside.

Look...there is one of the residents. The Craftsman. Ah yes. He is wheelchair bound with both his feet looking like they were screwed on the wrong way. It is said that this being is responsible for making dolls. But why? Let's look deeper.

There's another one. The Butler. They say that he is always bowing to his mistress. It's seems to be his only explanation for his...strange posture. His hands are behind his back in cuffs. But that doesn't make things harder for him. Not at all. Who needs hands when you have telekinetic powers?

Here's the one we were looking for: The Pretender. The mistress. So this is where the dolls the Craftsman makes go. She's a "monster" but she's no taller than Six.

Now, the Pretender has heard about the Lady's business at the Maw, but she never really cared until...

The Butler floated into the Pretenders chamber. Pretender was playing with her dolls, and looked up to see the Butler bowing, as always.

"What do you want?" the Pretender growled.

"Forgive me if I disturbed you, mistress, but I have some news you might be interested in hearing." At this, the girl became curious. What was so important that the Butler had to interrupt her in the middle of her play?

"Well!? What is it!?"

"Ahem, well I have received information stating that Six is on The Maw."

The Pretender stood silent. She paced around the room, wondering what to do.

Okay Pretender, tell them what you were thinking.

Pretender: Thank you Spade.

Pretender POV:

Six. That annoying brat pushed me with a boulder last time I saw her. She was trying to save Yellow Coat Girl, but she did so in vain.(Spade: Just to clarify, Yellow Coat and Six are two different kids.) I pushed Yellow Coat off the cliff, but before she fell, she grabbed my shirt and brought me down with her. The yellow coat was all that was left. Six thought we both died that day. But when Six grabbed the coat and left, little did she know:

I survived.

I had managed to climb back up the cliff and get back to the house. Ever since then I've wanted revenge. And now, the time has come.

"Contact The Lady. Tell her we're coming for a visit."

"Yes mistress."

And with that, the Butler floated out of the room. Soon. Very soon. I will see Six again. And when I do...*evil laugh*...she'll be the one that falls into the water.

Narrator A.K.A Spade POV:

It seems as though we are going to have two maniacal mistresses on our hands.

Six is going to have a lot on her plate this time. Well, she would wish. You know, with the hunger pains and all...

A-Anyway, come back next time to see what happens next!
