"Tylar, I love you so much. I'd never do nothing to hurt you." Makel said.
Tylar
Makel has been acting so weird lately. I haven't been riding him like I normally would because being shot can be traumatizing. I just wanted to give him some space. Now I think he has too much space.
Today was the first basketball game of the season. Of course I'm Makel's Number 1 fan, well after his mom. Even though he's been kind of distant, I'm still going to support him. That's just the kind of girl I am.
Before the game I wanted to take Makel out to lunch, but he said the coach was making them go over plays. Hopefully he won't be too tired to go out tonight.
Kasha, Aubrie and I arrived to the game 5 minutes before it started, thanks to Aubrie. She made sure she was decked out in our school colors and wearing Devun's number any where she could fit it and this was all along with her cheer uniform. I felt she was doing the absolute most, but whatever.
I really didn't see Aubrie and Devun's relationship coming but I'm happy for my sister. Kasha on the other hand was a bit salty. I'm beginning to think she likes Devun, but that's none of my business. Family over everything.
Kasha and I quickly found a seat and sat down. Aubrie ran over to where the cheerleaders were sitting. The game immediately started and Carver High took control of the jump ball.
2 quarters went by and it was 65-62 at the half. The other team was winning by three.
During half time the cheerleaders came out and did a dance. Being that I was on the opposite side I could see the basketball teams huddle. I couldn't help but notice Makel's eyes wandering over towards this one cheerleader named Toni every 3 seconds. I glared at him the whole time. About 3 minutes after the dance was over, I seen Makel's eyes search the crowd. When they landed on me he smiled and gave me a small wave. I scoffed and rolled my eyes, looking away.
Was he really gonna stare at some cheerleader's ass and then wave at me? No sir. I'll have to be sure to get the 411 on this chick from Aubrie.
I really hope Makel is holding me down like I'm doing for him. I really can't deal with another heartbreak from him.
The game ended with Carver losing by 2 points. Me and Kasha damn near lost our voice we were cheering so hard. The game was intense and the boys fought hard, but it just didn't come out in our favor.
When Makel came out the locker room I ran in his direction. As I was nearing him, I seen Toni approach him.
"Good game Makel" she said with a slight seductive tone.
She was so close that if she took two more steps their lips would be touching. I walked up to and squeezed in between them.
"Good game baby" I smiled.
I leaned up and gave Makel a deep kiss. I heard him grunt, so I know I got him hot. I pulled back and Makel was looking at me with pure lust in his eyes. I smirked and turned my attention to Toni.
"Hey girl!" I smiled
"Hey!" She said returning the gesture.
"You looked good out there during half time. You had all the boys looking at you. Even Makel."
Makel started coughing and tried to walk away but I held my grip on him.
"You okay baby?" I asked him sweetly.
"Yeah I'm straight" Makel said quickly.
I turned my attention back to Toni.
"But yeah girl, Makel couldn't keep his eyes off you. You must've really been doing something." I said.
