Backstory of How you got the powers: She brought to lab after her hometown was attacked, kids were selected to get injected with a serum. She was only around 5 or 6 at the time, the kids couldn't bring anything at all..she was able to get away with it because she had a stress dog, after she was injected they decided to see how strong she was. Since her dog had pups while she was there..the people took them and killed each pup in front of her eyes, this made her angry her hair turned white along with her eyes going icy blue, the room went deathly cold and she let out a scream that sounded like ice shattering. She let out a small exhale and looked at the people in the room. The room was frozen...the people had frostbite all over their skin. As she calmed down she went back to normal, she now had small snowflakes on her finger tips and white freckles to represent snow, she was mortified and she ran away with her dog. She grew up by herself since then

Other: She is japanese, she will take any pups or kittens she finds and make sure she can find a safe home for them
