Quirk: Insanity , Ink
When the collar around their neck is taken off their eyes go red and their body is stronger than usual a punch or kick to the arm won't damage them while their quirk is in use, past fights ended up with a bone getting broken- multiple. The user had swirls on their body made of ink. The blood is made of ink as well, they are able to shoot ink from their hands and change the color each color has a different effect.
What happened a when quirk is overused ?
Where ever she was bit while using their insanity quirk wherever they were punches or hit dark and painful bruises will appear. With the ink quirk- well doesn't have to many drawbacks other than their body is really weak
Plus Ultra Both quirks are combined, ink flows from their eyes and mouth, the ink is sharp and the colors have different effects still. The body is indestructible but puncture a wound on the hand on dodge for at least 5 minutes she goes dormant and calm
