He can cause a storm to happen, this storm pours down really heavy rain and it won't stop as he can't control it well. He also decide what kind of storm it is
Plus Ultra: Blossom Storm
Pink petals swarm around him creating a cloud, with this he is able to control any plant nearby, he can control this for a while and also let sharp petals rain down he can be stopped if he is hit which can be hard as the petals move around him so he is camouflaged
