Quirk: Dragon
Has the powers of a dragon, fire breathing ect but it is completely different. Their freckles represent scales and the can use them as a shield once they fully activate their quirk.
Quirk Pros: They are immune to fire as they have fire proof scales(freckles). Their wings can come out and they can fly off quickly
Quirk Cons: Their tail is huge! So it they fly around the corner they will see the scaly tail tip go around the corner. They can only be airborne for so long. Has a limit to their powers
Other: Their eyes are always closed at times (Based of Lucoa-San from Miss Kobayashi Dragon Maid), is the U.A traitor— doesn't regret it

Plus Ultra: They turn into a dragon, they can attack effortlessly at times and is really fast when flying. Has a roar that can knock back and a yellow and purple mist emits from their mouth when breathing to try a paralyze their enemy. Can only stay in this form for 5 minutes, 2 if the weak spot on their tail is hit. Before the five minutes are up if they store their energy they can release a plasma ball that's- well I say the size of a baseball, but once it is released- oh boy you better be ready
