She is unable to do anything by herself, someone controls her every action and movement she can't talk at all so when answering she has to sign it

The strings around her break and she can control herself, she will run at you non-stop if she touches your joints they are paralyzed until she stops, if you touch one of hers she powers down and can't move at all
Other: When she speaks it won't be very good, her quirk takes control of her whole life and everything she does. She doesn't have to eat at all- she is a doll
