The night breeze was cool on your bare legs. The dress you wore barely covered your rear as it's purpose seemed to be accentuating all of your best assets. You wore a leather jacket which you cling to for the warmth.

Your feet were sore from your stilettos. The black shoes had been a poor choice for your night out with friends. You hadn't been expecting to dance for so long with them.

It was nearing midnight but you still felt it would be fine to walk back to your apartment. The decision had been against all advice from your friends, all of which had offered you a ride home or to call you a cab.

Being a young adult, you assured them you would be able to handle yourself and your shoes would prove to be a great weapon worst case scenario.

Besides, you knew there was someone waiting for you at home so if at any point you were starting to get scared, you could easily call him and send your location.

Most safety videos had told you it was one of the best moves to make when being followed by someone. It would have been nice to have received the opportunity to take this action.

Yet the sudden force by which someone grasped your wrist, roughly dragging you into an alleyway, had meant you dropped your phone out on the sidewalk.

Your whimpers came apparent as the panic boiled within your chest. You gazed at your attacker, a seemingly young male with a bandana tied around his mouth and nose.

He pins your wrists to either side of your head, leaning in close enough that you can almost feel the fibres of his face wear on your skin.

"What's a pretty lady like you doing out so late?" He asks, voice slurring slightly which suggests he has been drinking. "Has no one told you it's dangerous to walk alone at night?"

You don't respond, only sobbing quietly as you shake your head at him.

"Don't ignore me," He snaps harshly, raising your wrists from the wall to only slam them back against it.

In a moment of pure fear, you try to jam your knee upward against the area between his legs. He lets out a string of curses, letting go of your arms as he steps backwards.

You scream out for help as you try to run out of the alley way. This is when your poor choice of footwear kicks in. Your heel gets caught in a crack in the pavement, causing for you to collapse on the ground.

Quickly, two hands grab your ankles as you are dragged further back into the depths of the dark space once more.

"You're going to regret that, bitch," The male snickers. Once he has you in a seemingly accessible position, you feel him straggling your legs before his hands brush over the hem of your dress.

You cry and scream out, hoping someone, anyone, will hear you and come help. Your fingers are in immense pain as you claw at the pavement.

The hem of your dress is barely even pushed upwards when you feel your attacker being roughly shoved off you.

"What the fuck?" An all too familiar voice yells out, sounding angered beyond belief.

"I don't recall asking for you to step in," The stranger remarks bitterly. You turn in time to see your coming saviour planting his fist into the other's jaw.

The attacker immediately grasps at his jaw, blood visibly staining the cloth covering his features still.

He doesn't say anything as he glares between you both before rushing out of the alleyway and down the street.

"Shit, Y/N," Your saviour exclaims as he rushes over to your side. He crouched beside you as you remain lying on your stomach, entire body trembling.

He assists you to crawl into a seated position before wrapping his arms around you. Holding you in his tight embrace, you can finally feel safe.

"Y-Yeosang," You cry out his name. You want to ask how he came across you, but your cries take too much of a stronghold for you to have the ability to complete your wish.

"Your friends texted me and told me of your choice to walk home so I came to try and meet you in the middle," He begins explaining, as though he could read the expression in your eyes. "It appears I took too long."

You immediately shake your head, tears glistening your cheeks as you only continue to shake as though you were a leaf in a gale.

"Don't you dare blame yourself, you saved me, Sangie,"  You state as firmly as you possibly can in this moment. "I can't ever thank you enough."

Yeosang softly presses a kiss to the crown of your head, moving to tuck your head beneath his chin.

"I love you so much, the thought that you could've been...assaulted had I been even a moment slower kills me. Don't tell me to not apologise because I will always regret not being here those few moments earlier," He says in an almost whisper, his own voice beginning to waver as tears form within his gaze.

"Please don't cry," You beg him quietly. The last thing you wanted to see right now was your boyfriend in tears. "I want to go home."

More than anything, you just wanted to go home, have a bath and get that stranger's touch off your skin.

Yeosang nods silently. He assists you to stand before ensuring he has his arm holding you into his side as firmly as possible. Once he is satisfied you begin the rest of the walk home.

Upon your immediate entry to the apartment, Yeosang let's go of you as he rushes to turn on the water for you.

You begin the process of preparing for it as you slip out of your heels, leaving them in a heap by the front door. Yeosang assists in removing your dress and undergarments.

He tries to silence his gasp of horror as he finally catches a glimpse of the grazes on your legs along with the bruises on your wrists.

You meet his gaze, silently pleading for him to not mention it. He nods solemnly, gently placing a hand to your lower back as he assists you into the tub.

Once in the water, you lean down until it reaches your neck. You close your eyes and cry silently whilst Yeosang begins to clean you.

It's comforting to have the delicate touch of his hands ensuring there are no remainders of the dirt from the random attacker on your body. Before long, you feel as the water starting to lose its warmth.

"Do you want to get out?" Yeosang questions, caressing your face ever so softly. You nod firmly. Standing in the tub, he wraps a towel around you, helping you step back out on to the tiled floor.

He helps you to dry before slipping you into underwear and one of his larger shirts. You lead the way over to your shared bed, slipping beneath the sheets.

Yeosang silently gets in beside you. Turning off the lights he goes to pull you against his chest but you start to freak out. He is quick to turn on the lamp beside the bed once more.

"Can we please leave the light on tonight," You ask him. He obliges before pulling you into his chest, wrapping his arms around you to hold you close.
